Best wishes

With the best wishes that we would be born normal and would grow up as responsible individuals. As we grow older our parents were busy preparing for our schilling with the best intention that we would finish school with flying colors and have a good career life after then we prepared to have a family of our own with hopes that we would find a responsible partner and raise a happy family but them preparations should not stop there most of the time preparations for old age and death are neglected we should not prepared for old ageby wishing or trying to be young again by camouflaging our appearance old age is not the time to retrogress or wish to return to youth old age is a normal phase of life

Like the other phases we should be preparing for old age by doing what is right and good so that we can later look back with a sense of integrity with peace in mind that we avoided hurting anyone that we have been compassionate towards sentiens beings that we helped someone in difficulty that we supported projects that assisted and inspired people that anyone who would remember us would wear a smile on his face this is graceful ageing keeping this in mind knowing that we did not waste any phases of life we will not fear death as mark twain put it the fear of death follows from the fear of lfe a man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time
