Introvert High School Story

This is the story of Anj a 1st year high school student. A shy, kind and intelligent person but always tardy. She dont want to go to school but she's very good in her Math subject. But hates english very much. Anj always thought of the reason why she should need to go to school if she can work even without holding a degree. Her family has a small business. She was always asked to helped because her parents.
Everyday is a very hard day for her because she doesn't want to go to school and want to sleep. Anj is on the last section during her 1st year on high school. Anj always felt sleepy during class but she always try her best to finish all her work on that day.
Anj always having a hard time enjoying school thats why she dont like going to school. Because during their english time everyone is allowed to speak in English. She felt that shes an idiot because she doent know how can she speak, express her self. She's very shy, she doesn't want to stand in front of many people or speak or make friends because she felt that she's not one of them. But there is a girl named Pao who make friends with her. Pao is always with Anj.
Pao and Anj becomes more closer as the day pass because both of them likes anime and same songs. Pao has difficulty understanding the lectures on their math subject Anj is always to the rescue to teach what she didnt understand. One day Pao asked Anj to earn money. Anj will give money to Pao and after a month Pao will get all the money and the next month Anj will have the next money. But Anj was very disappointed because she thought that Pao is a nice person but after Pao get all the money she doesn't want to talk to Anj anymore. And did not give back Anj's money. She felt more down because she thought she found a true friend but she was wrong.
After a year, Anj doesnt want to make friends to others again. After her 1st year ong the high school Anj is one of the Top on their section and her name was put on the higher section on her 2nd year.....

Prolonged sitting will cause ischial pain due to lack of blood supply during sitting without relax on the buttocks area. We should learn how to perform pressure relief to prevent the pain and any kind of progression. Always use a soft chair to decrease the load on out ischial tuberosity.

Home Remedy
Today we all suffering from different types of stress. It can be Physically, Mentally or Emotionally. And one of the most common stress we encountered is the Physical Stress due to our works inside and outside our house.
When we feel stress in our body our muscle felt pain and other parts too. The most common part of our body that usually suffer from it is our Neck, shoulder, and spine or back.
As we grow older we do not perform the proper body mechanics to prevent the stresses on our back. We usually slouch our back while sitting.
If we do not correct our body's posture we might have nodules or taut bands. Taut bands or nodules are those skeletal muscles that sometimes we felt some twitches on it or those small ball like in our muscle. And it is commonly found in our shoulder.
The muscle in the photo is the Trapezius Muscle which has upper, middle and lower fibers (photo link: https://www.nielasher.com/blogs/video-blog/trigger-point-therapy-treating-the-trapezius) . It is the most common muscle that experience nodules and taut bands. You can palpate it in your own.
You can palpate your trapezius between your shoulder and your spine. It is the muscle that is painful on your shoulder when you carry heavy objects.
Home remedy
This case is common in Physical Therapy Rehabilitation because majority of us suffer from this kind of stress. So the best way to treat this are...:
**Proper posture education** - chin up, chest out, stomach in.

**Proper way to carry object**s - before we carry objects especially when it is heavy, we should hold the object and bring it closer to your body and do not bend your trunk. Best way is to bend your hips and knees rather than your trunk.

Hot compress - heat can relax our muscles and can release the stress. 15 to 20 minutes applying hot compress can help to relax our muscle and apply mild massage to help lessen not only the muscle pain but also the nodules on our muscle

We need to take care of our body so we cant feel and stress and pain. Pain may cause many things that stops us to work.

It is a simple words and we usually use this everyday when we feel bad sometimes.
We must always think of this verse because it can make things that we didn't expect. Always pray not only on bad time but Everytime you ask help, ask for forgiveness, saying thank you for the blessings you receive, simple achievement that you made and many things to be pray for. And we should always think of God is always there for us so never give up to all our dreams.
Maybe today is your hardest day but there will be more challenges that you haven't experience and the one that you encounter now is just a preparation made from God for the bigger challenge that He trust you that you can solve.
God didn't give any challenges or problems that we cant do. But we didnt notice every challenges that He gave to us is only a preparation so the next time we encounter a bigger problem we can handle it.
So ALWAYS PRAY AND NEVER GIVE UP especially to our dreams. I always think of this because I have anxiety and sometimes I think of giving up but I want to continue for my family and my dreams. I want to make my family happy before I get lost. I will just wait until God needs me in His kingdom. I need to be strong for myself and my family. Maybe mind is higher than the heart. But the heart makes the brain work. God's love makes us believe.
