Ingredients: 6 CU's of rice, 2 bulb of onion, 1/2 cup of margarine, 1/2 cup of raisins, 2 teaspoon of instant chicken bouillon curry powder, small tip of salt, 5 cups of boiling water,1/2 toasted slivered almonds.
Method: cook and stir rice and onions in margarine, until rice is yellow and onions tender, stir in raisins , bouillon, curry powder, and salt pour into increased pot stir in water , cook in a medium untill liquid is absorbed (25-30 mins). Stir in almond, then serve with chicken or lamb.
