milk 1 salt (from white coffee)

oil 16 tbsp

flour (soft) 500 grams

How to prepare

1. Whisk the egg whites with the sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the egg yolks and the remaining ingredients, stirring with a mixer, until you get a homogeneous mass.

2. Remove the mixture with a spoon and pour it on the heated press, cover it and bake (baking time regulates the press).

3. They can also be decorated with a little melted chocolate or ready-made topping.
