Ingredients:
Onion - 1 head
Peas - 450 g, frozen
Carp - 1 piece
Tomato - 250 g, canned
Allspice - 1 tsp

Preparation:
Heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil in a pan
Pour on finely chopped onion, for a minute or two, add carrot cubes, followed by peas.
Allow the water to evaporate and add the sliced tomatoes, allspice, oregano, and pour warm water to cover the ingredients.
When the lean lamb boils, add the garlic cloves with the shell and cook over a moderate heat until done.

We serve lean peas sprinkled with primrose and garlic cloves.
