Required:
400 g beans
2 onions
1 clove of garlic
1 large carrot
1 primrose root and leaf

Preparation:
1. Clean the beans, wash them well, and pour water over them.
2. Add chopped onion, chopped carrot, chopped parsley root, peppercorns, bay leaf, green pepper. Cook for about an hour at medium temperature.
3. Pour oil into the pan and fry the finely chopped onion, add flour, chopped garlic, and when it turns a little brown, add allspice and immediately remove from the heat and pour in the beans. Add spice, ground pepper, and salt as needed. Let it boil for another minute - two and our beans are ready.
