Preparation:

chop the onion and fry in a little oil in a deeper pan, salt the onion freely, let it water a bit and soften, when you fry it add a little water and continue to simmer, stirring occasionally and adding water (this part with the onion should take some half an hour of baking) ... then add allspice, bay leaf, cumin, parsley, and stir. Add the sliced ​​meat, sauté for a few minutes, stirring, and pour hot water (you can now add red wine to the children if you have it) to soak everything and cook over medium heat for the next hour and a half, of course, stirring occasionally and adding boiling water. After about an hour and a half, salt the goulash to taste, and add a couple of tablespoons of tomato sauce, stir, add pepper to taste and a pinch of basil ... stir, simmer for another 15 minutes, then turn off the hob and leave the goulash on it covered. to simmer until the cooking process stops completely (it will be safe for another 15 minutes)
