Learn English and grammer
In order to make perfect flawless post, your English must be fluent. I.e your Grammer should be perfect.
Be simple but creative
You should keep your terms simple. Don't use jargon words. Along with being simple you are also supposed to be creative nowadays. Yeah! It's hard but not impossible.
Who's gonna read it?
You should know the target audience. If you are writing for the professional work, then you can use typical words and phrases. It depends on the nature of work you are gonna do.
Be yourself in your writing.
For the uptrennd, for example, you should keep it simple. I have also seen some posts from high levels here that totally consist of what they are thinking. The posts are composed in a way that the writer is talking to the reader.
You just start writing on your topic without having a break to think what you should write.
The way you speak should be reflected through your post.
Cover every possible aspect of the topic
It's not necessary to go I'm details. The longer posts are also neglected. You have to be choosy and think about what is important to be included.
Cut irrelavent things.
Don't include the things that are not required. It will just make the post long for no good reason.
Include graphics.
This is essential for both professional work and for uptrennd too. Everybody knows people see more than they read. So it is the best practice to add multiple relavent images to the content.
Font and styling.
Never use low contrast colors. If you are not a graphics geek, lemme clear this point. The background of the words would be white 90% of the times until you are writing for a blog that has colored background.
You are having a white background and your font color is sky blue...
Why man?
Why would I bother my eyes to read your post?
This is what low contrast is. Use dark colors font on a light colored background and vice versa.
Don't style too much. Again if you are writing for professional work then don't add much styling and styling is another big discussion. But here on uptrennd, there are no much styling available. So not to worry about that.
Divide in segments (headings)
Managing same details under a single heading can make the reader's interest at very first sight. This is easier for reader to understand what would be under the specific heading and what is new for him to check the details out.
Learn from others.
The posts of high level users can be followed as an example. Everybody has his own style of writing and it suits them. You have to make your own style or you can copy others and mix it with what you want to add.
Try all the suggestions and if you have luck, you'll see the difference.
