We should take care of our health. Our body needs proper food and exercise. Our diet should be balanced. Walking is the best exercise for a longer life. Some children do not like to walk. Our teeth and eyes also need proper care. Some children do not brush their teeth after every meal. Bits of food are left in. Reading in dim light while lying in bed effects eye sight. We should drink pure water. We should eat vegetables and fruits. We should avoid heavy diets like roasted things and meat. We should drink a milk twice a day. It is good to go to bed early and rise early in the morning. A healthy body has a healthy mind. Always wash your hands before you take a meal. Never buy things like cut fruits,pakoras and Chaat. Never buy low quality ice cream. If we take care of our health we would live long with good health. Take care about children health because they are the wealth of a nation.
