Your life is not meant to be lived with only one emotion
Life is not supposed to be easy! Life is meant to be a journey, with many ups and downs. It's meant to teach you how to make it on your own in the world. It's meant to challenge you, so that when you face those challenges you can overcome them with ease. Life is meant to test you time and time again so that when you face your biggest obstacle yet, you know that you are strong enough to conquer it with ease because you already have experienced smaller obstacles in life and conquered them with grace and an open mind! There are no easy roads in life!
ACCEPT YOUR EMOTIONS
Not all emotions are created equal. The goal of this post isn’t to tell you which ones are good and which ones are bad, but instead, it will help you understand what each feeling represents so that you can begin effectively reacting to them. For example, sadness typically means something has gone wrong in your life—it could mean a death in your family or a breakup with a significant other. Fear usually means there’s something negative coming your way—an impending financial hardship or an upcoming medical procedure.
THERE ARE THREE MAJOR EMOTIONS
Happiness, Sadness, and Fear. Of course, there are other emotions such as jealousy, anger, confusion, and many more. We experience each of these emotions on a daily basis and each of these emotions serves a different purpose in our lives. One day you may find yourself in a room full of hate or fear; however, if you don’t allow that emotion to consume you, then it will pass like everything else. If you want something bad enough, then you must conquer your fears and let nothing stand in your way. You can do anything you put your mind to. Life is about taking risks and facing challenges head-on. The moment we stop taking risks or challenges then we begin to fail ourselves and others around us. So remember: If you ever feel lost or confused, just remember that life isn’t supposed to be easy — it’s supposed to be hard!
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DON'T ACCEPT YOUR EMOTIONS?
You get stuck. You stay in that one feeling and don't move forward or backward. · Think about it... If you were happy, would you feel like crying? Or if you were angry, would you have a smile on your face? No! We all know that we can't possibly be happy AND sad at once. Your emotions work differently too. They're cycles just like everything else in nature -- changing and constantly moving until they reach a new state: Neutrality!
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO LIVE AN EXTRAORDINARY LIFE?
Living an extraordinary life means living in a way that allows you to do everything that you want. It doesn’t mean that you should become rich or famous, but it does mean that anything could happen. You might want to travel around and explore different parts of your own country. You might want to travel all over Europe or Asia, even going as far as Australia and New Zealand. Or maybe you just want to stay at home and live a comfortable life. The point is that there are no limits on what you can do when you are living an extraordinary life, because there are no limits on how much money you make or how many friends you have. Whatever your dreams may be, they can come true if you live an extraordinary life.
EMBRACE THE HIGHS AND LOWS OF LIVING AN EXTRAORDINARY LIFE
Embrace both your highs and lows. When you find yourself in a valley, you tend to lose sight of who you are as an individual. The sum total of your experiences is what makes up your personality, so don’t let low moments define you or limit your potential. Rather than feeling hopeless, see them as opportunities for growth—the same way that any high point can represent a new opportunity for growth. Everyone goes through tough times; it’s how you handle them that counts.
CONCLUSION
It's your life. It's going to be hard at times. There will be joy and sorrow, ups and downs, tragedies and triumphs, happiness and pain. You're going to smile through it all though because you'll know that your getting stronger with each moment that passes.
Fear is probably the most vulnerable feature of the mind that rules our lives. Remember how the governments and the mainstream news media have fearmongered and pushed the entire world into lockdowns for two-plus years!
