Gazipur Kaliganj said. Police n gnn n n have recovered the body of a teenager named Tanvir (13). Police recovered the body from the Kaliganj Upazila Health Complex around 8pm on Monday (September 21).

Earlier, the body of the teenager was found hanging in the toilet of Pier Hossain's house in Darisom village of Kaliganj municipal area and taken to the Upazila Health Complex.

Tanvir, a Saudi expatriate from Kandail area of ​​Savar police station, was killed. Aslam's son. He is a 6th class student of Raja Rajendra Narayan (RRN) Pilot Government High School in the upazila. His grandparents' house is in Islampara village of Danga union of Palash upazila of Narsingdi. As the school is in the adjoining upazila of his upazila, he used to live with his mother and sister in the rented house of Pier Hossain in Darisom village of Kaliganj municipal area.

Citing the family, police said Tanvir's mother told him to study at night. But his cheeks were hurt because he did not listen to his mother. At this time Tanvir entered the toilet saying to respond to the call of nature. Later, seeing her late to come out of the toilet, her mother called from outside. But without getting any response, he broke down the toilet door with the help of the neighbors. At the time, she was rescued with the grill of the toilet ventilator wrapped around her younger sister's scarf. He was later rushed to the emergency department of Kaliganj Upazila Health Complex with the help of locals. The on-duty doctor declared him dead.

Kaliganj Upazila Health Complex emergency doctor Sajal Kant Das said the teenager was brought to the hospital dead. His body was taken to the police station after his death was reported to the police.

Kaliganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge AKM Mizanul Haque said the teenager is believed to have committed suicide out of pride with his mother. However, an unnatural death case has been registered in this regard. The body of the deceased has been handed over without autopsy on the request of the family.
