Power of teachers: Mind shaping

Teaching a child is the highest responsibility of adults towards children. That includes parents and teachers, especially while the children are young and they are still forming their personalities.

Teachers must be many things in one, they must be good people, predictable in their expectations, they must treat students equally, they must have tons of patience. They must have high knowledge of the chosen subject matter that they teach.

They also must let children be unique and creative, they can't put done opinions in their heads and expect them that they follow that blindly.
