How to manage stress

I’m Nana Amoako and I’m writing about how to manage stress and it’s health implication to the body and it’s functions.

We as human beings, go through a lot of activities during the day and we find it very difficult to rest and take a short nap or break.

Taking break helps your body to relax and refreshes the mind and the muscles to regain lost energy to keep up with the days work.

In recent times, research has proven that over 75% of the working population of the world are suffering from stress and therefore ending some of them acquiring High blood pressure(BP) and also many body diseases.

  • Remedy

We need to take some time of work and have rest or can even take a leave note to go and embark on a vacation to relax and be reformed.

Drinking a lot of water also counts in the ways of combating stress and ensuring goo health and vitality.
