Asians, especially Chinese, must love this type of food, tofu. But although tofu is popular and comes from the most populous country in the world, it is also very popular in other Asian countries.

Tofu does have a taste that is not inherent to it, bland without flavor. But if given spices, and processed into a dish with the theme of all kinds of dishes, tofu will be transformed into a tempting dish.

In my country, Indonesia is very fond of this type of food. It's cheap, yet nutritious. One of the dishes that will probably be easily found in every corner or every region in Indonesia is tofu processed very simply and easily, commonly called fried tofu. Street vendors, or fried food sellers will definitely investigate this one menu, namely fried tofu.

There are two types of fried tofu that are usually eaten daily as a heavy snack for Indonesians, stuffed tofu and also ordinary fried tofu or fried tofu without any additional frills.

Both stuffed tofu and fried tofu have the same flavor characteristics, but different sensations. Especially served when it is still warm, it will definitely be more tempting.

In Indonesia, there are many types of raw tofu on the market, from sumedang tofu, Chinese tofu, milk tofu, white tofu, pong tofu, silk tofu, gejrot tofu, chocolate tofu, round tofu. And the one that is most often sold in ordinary fried foods comes from the type of tofu pong where when fried it will bubble its shape.
