A culture in society that is a hereditary habit from the previous generation, making something that is commonly called customs. Attitudes or habits that are still and are often carried out by most of the world's people in a belief that is based on ethnicity. Incidentally, Indonesia has a wide variety of ethnic groups because it consists of various islands that spread throughout the Indonesian archipelago.

Discussing one of the customs that is still carried out by many ethnic groups because there is an existence in the aspect of faith or belief from the ancestors. Many things are still often encountered even though if it is rationalized it is very difficult for logic to accept the meaning and purpose of the benefits of doing this custom.

So much indeed about this kind of thing. Especially in my country Indonesia, I say Indonesia as an example because as an Indonesian citizen, I know it for sure and clearly. If you talk about other cultures, it may only be obtained from writings that have been read or reviewed.

One of them is Patigeni. Patigeni if described the action or attitude that is done is fasting without eating and drinking aims to pursue something depending on someone who runs it. Regarding the time limit depends on the goal. Usually different. Patigeni is better known by the people of the Java island tribe, and this is included in their traditional tradition called kejawen faith. It is different from fasting that is practiced by Muslims where there are restrictions and there are certain times. Patigeni sometimes limits are beyond logic. And sometimes there are also those who require the type of food that can only be eaten when carrying out this ritual.

The purpose of carrying out this ritual, said most people in Indonesia, is indeed diverse. Like there are those who aim for prosperity, well-being, harmony, strength, and so on according to their goals. But most of the time he said it was for strength or immunity.

It's strange and beyond logic isn't it. However, in the era of technology which is included in the word robotic era, people can still be found who believe in this even though in fact human nature remains one from ancient times until now there are those who live and some die. Has anyone found or ever recorded in human history someone who is still alive today?

Reason and logic alone are beyond my ability to think, especially when studied in terms of religion, they are very contradictory, aren't they. But it has become the culture and customs of the beliefs held by a person, and in this case, the corridor is the right of that person.

Back to the Patigeni problem as an example of things that can still be found in my country. Rituals that are really strange and funny when seen are believed by people who live them. Even if the goal is to gain immunity and the result is indeed immune to something, there are various forms because I think it can happen. The first is because his destiny hasn't died yet. The second is accompanied by supernatural powers in this case befriending the jinn. And thirdly because it was proven by chance, and it can be said that this could be the same as the first reason why I refused customs like this.

In this case, what is the value and often makes me ask is where are their logic and reason used to believe in this kind of thing? Is it because of the problem of pursuing the world, the purpose of life, so that stupidity arises in the study of those who live it?

Invulnerable or unable to die. A base of weirdness being pursued what I don't know? Many great people whose evidence goes into history are said to be brave, strong, tough, and invincible in war and duel in the end, too.

Culture should provide the factors of a culture that is both purposeful and educational. Not just continuing the ancestral culture without reviewing the truth and its goals and benefits. Culture is very beautiful and sublime of course when combined with all knowledge. Because everything can be as easy as if you want to accept the fact that the name is changing times. Maintaining and preserving it is the duty of human beings to be able to do it. However, it is not just to maintain and preserve, but to sort and choose which ones are bad and which are good. Because our human nature is given by God to always think.

Culture I think mainly lies in a particular manner one or a community do their things. It is in fact, a way of life of the people hence, it could either be good or bad in its own way. What I really do like about all these said things here by you is the real application of logic in giving a reasoning to what culture and habit represents in the lived of both an individual and those of a community at large.

Culture can be good or bad, it is said to be good when it doesn't affect growth, Nowadays people still live in cultures that hold them back and this is the reason some tribes and races don't seem to grow.
