Mystical and Benefits of Jasmine

I'm sure all must know and have ever seen or held jasmine flowers. Jasmine flowers are usually used as decoration on someone's bride and also fragrances for the room. This small white colored flower is symbolized by purity. But in my country this jasmine flower is also often associated with a variety of mystical things. Even though there are many benefits.

Jasmine is a trucked upright shrub ornamental plant that lives chronically. Jasmine is a genus of shrubs and vines in the olive family. This trumpet-shaped flower with color varies depending on the type and species, but what we often encounter in Indonesia is a white jasmine plant.

As I mentioned at the beginning of this paragraph of my writing Jasmine flowers have some good benefits for us, including:

• Relieve asthma by taking a few leaves and then boiling in water about 2-3 cups and then drink the cooking water like tea.

• Reduce fever by taking leaves and flowers then knead and soak in warm water then compress this mixture on people affected by fever.

• Helps burn healing, if it is made as an oil which is commonly referred to today as Essential Oil.

In addition, even though I'm a fan of coffee, but I also sometimes like this tea that contains jasmine flowers. It is said that jasmine flower tea is very good for the body because the combination with dried tea leaves will make jasmine flower tea have a fragrant aroma, delicious taste and nutritious benefits because it is high in antioxidant content.

When discussed about the mystical jasmine flowers which are considered as rituals in the past, it turns out we can see, and we know that jasmine flowers are not only for ancient rituals but have some benefits for beauty and health for our bodies that have been proven by some doctors.
