It is difficult to rest when there are people who always come to our place or a condition that is full of crowds but cannot be avoided. So that conditions such as when we want to be alone can arise, wanting to enjoy an atmosphere of tranquility usually we as humans need time to be alone. In the sense that there are no people around us who can interfere with our condition who is in need of time alone, either to find a solution or to find inner peace.

Me time. Where this condition can come to anyone without exception. Even someone who usually gathers or hangs out with many people can certainly be in this condition. The condition of wanting to be alone. Not because of limitations, or unwillingness to socialize or leave the social world. But the point is the condition where you need space that can give a positive aura that makes yourself and your thoughts more relaxed or better.

Me time. My current time is often used by most millennials today. Because at this time the conditions are all-instant and fast-paced so apply in every activity. The level of boredom and boredom easily arises due to various factors. The pressure of work that needs fast, crowded home conditions, need new inspiration, or something else. The current human level is really setting to bring a high level of saturation.

Then comes the attitude of wanting to be alone or aloof or more widely used today is called Me Time. For someone who needs ideas or just looking for inspiration, usually, this condition is more often needed. Sometimes there are those who are alone in their rooms, workspaces, beaches, or hilly areas. The important thing is that the atmosphere can be obtained where the atmosphere of silence, silence, and silence can be felt. Indeed, everyone's state of calm is different in general. Not always the same, and of course the end result of the need for solitude can be obtained based on easy conditions or done when we need it.

Sometimes the human emotional state is really complex. Changes, where there are times when we want to be in a crowd, but sometimes we like to be alone. Indeed, loneliness is often considered a negative connotation, even though it is something normal and nothing to worry about.

There are times when we want to eat alone, watch alone, or just drink coffee alone, then is it considered something strange, until someone says or misinterprets it as a sign of depression. In fact, it is not necessarily true that such an assessment.

To determine whether a person has depression or not, a special examination may be required by a doctor. Don't expect it because when someone is seen in a moody condition or often does activities alone.

The connotation of the word being alone can also be taken as a positive thing that can increase empathy, stimulate one's creativity or make oneself more relaxed or what can be called relaxation. In addition to a positive view, there are also opinions that say it can increase concentration and focus on something, improve thinking, and can also strengthen mentally.

So all conditions of solitude or me-time can be taken for granted depending on the intentions or circumstances of a person doing this. Not that introverted or hard to get along with. Because in reality humans are actually born as social beings. Who need each other. But sometimes boredom can come so it takes time to be alone.

But remember not to be alone too often because later the prejudices of people around us will be like the things that have been mentioned, such as the negative connotations above. So intend to spend time alone because of a positive factor, not a tendency to be depressed about something that happened.

Spending time by yourself is somehow needed to help you realize things. I dunno but I do allot some time for ME TIME.
