I’ll say, for the first time in my life I am witnessing a global lock down and I’ve got to say it does not feel good at all. I mean where is the fun in social distancing? We don’t get to be with other people just for their own safety and ours, not cool. But generally let stay positive, though most people might find it hard to carter for their needs while staying at home. But let’s work with faith
Now to stay on the topic, I have undergone some primary research simply to understand more on the virus at hand, and discovered that in some ways our body fight against this virus. HOW THE BODY FIGHTS AGAINST COVID 19
Adaptive immunity develops over a lifetime of contact with pathogens and vaccines, preparations which help our immune systems to distinguish friend from foe. The immune system is the body’s multi-level defense network against potentially harmful bacteria, viruses and other organisms [Source: weforum.org]. A healthy lifestyle helps one's immune system to be in the best shape possible to tackle pathogens, but it’s better to stop them entering the body in the first place. Think of it as the body’s personal army working from the cellular to macro level. Each cell, molecule, tissue and organ in this army plays a vital role in warding off invading pathogens, and also helps guard against internal threats like cancer. Still safety measures are meant to be kept.
