What to do if you have a cold or a cold?

No one really knows how to get rid of a cold or a fever, although many people know how to get rid of it.

Therefore, it cannot be said that those methods will come in handy.

And a lot depends on what kind of problem will be used.

Influenza, also known as the flu, caused by colds and viruses, has the same symptoms, but is actually a different disease.

You may feel very sick if you catch a cold. But more flu can make you sick and even make you bedridden.

However, in most cases, these diseases start with a fever and when it ends, you become quite weak.

How much to eat in fever or cold?

People have had different views on this issue for a long time. However, experts at the Common Cold Center in Cardiff believe that most people lose interest in food when they have a fever.

So they suggest that it is better to eat some healthy food to save your energy at such times. However, if the hunger is not high, it should not be stressed at all.

Like a formidable soldier or bedridden?

That is to say, to move according to the mental speed of one's own body. It is better to take some rest than to work hard.

The more tired you feel, the better.

Of course a little cold may not stop you from going out or from work!

Lemon and honey or a little wine in hot water?

Although this is not entirely proven, it can be said that a mixture of lemon juice and honey in hot water is much more effective than whiskey.

Doctors recommend drinking plenty of fluids, especially water and some tea or coffee.

Sneezing, coughing and sweating are more common than usual when you have a cold or flu.

And by doing this, the body becomes somewhat dehydrated. And so there is talk of filling the gap.

However, never overdo it. Many studies have shown that drinking too much water can be dangerous and even fatal.

Paracetamol or ibuprofen?

Both are effective. Even paracetamol and ibuprofen can be used together if necessary to understand the symptoms.

However, you must refrain from taking excessive amounts of drugs. And ibuprofen should be taken on a full stomach.

Eucalyptus oil or menthol?

There is no hard evidence that these work properly. However, these uses match some temporary relief. The nose is cleansed by rubbing it on the chest or inhaling a few drops of boiling water.

Vitamin C and Zinc?

Vitamin C was the most common treatment for respiratory infections in the 1930s. It became even more popular in the seventies when Nobel laureate Linus Polling conducted research showing that vitamin C was much more effective in relieving colds.

However, a recent study by the Cochrane Group found that the role of vitamin C in relieving colds is not very great. It is not harmful to the body and excess vitamin C is excreted in the urine.

However, zinc can be harmful if the levels are exceeded. So in that case it is better to follow the advice of the doctor.

Antibiotics?

There is a lot of propaganda going on that antibiotics should be used in some cases and not in others.

Colds and flu are caused by viruses, and antibiotics are ineffective against viruses. And so in these cases antibiotics should not be used at all
