What causes lung cancer?

The number of lung cancer patients around the world is increasing day by day. Experts blame some bad habits or unhealthy habits for this. This disease is more prevalent in urban areas than rural areas. According to statistics, 80 percent of lung cancer patients are victims of smoking.

2. People who have or have had cancer in their family can also get lung cancer or any other cancer. So if someone in your family history has had cancer, you should have regular checkups without neglect.

3. Excessive exposure to nickel, arsenic, asbestos, chromium or similar elements increases the risk of lung cancer by several times. Because of this, those who work in mills have a much higher risk of developing lung cancer.

4. People who spend a lot of time around harmful smoke for professional reasons are also at risk of getting lung cancer. People who work in dyeing factories and are exposed to chemical fumes, work in tanneries, work in smoke in garments or pitch in the streets are also at risk for lung cancer.

5. At present, the number of lung cancer cases is increasing due to the increase in environmental pollution. The risk is much higher for those who walk in the smoke of cars on the road every day.
