Childhood, the dream of growing up, the story of making yourself

From school life to tuition, to being a regular in the father's business then to running a kindergarten school and coaching center in partnership with a few older brothers in the area after college, as well as being a leader in sports and cultural arenaLife begins. From a young age, this man, obsessed with work, was always busy preparing himself to become self-reliant. For the past 23 years, he has been working tirelessly to improve his English and computer skills, with the idea that in order to do great things in life, he must adapt to the times along with education.

Sharing something interesting and instructive, he said, Mr. Sajjadul Islam, an officer working in, found me one day and gave me the job of making his project report in Bengali on computer and as I delivered it before the scheduled time, he offered me part time job under him and said how much salary I wantI immediately said, "I can work only if you teach me English, no salary I need.""Deal," he laughed. However, he later paid the salary as well as the practice of speaking English. In order to better prepare himself, he left his business / job in the village. He continued to prepare himself by working for 2 years in the English Medium School (Sirajganj Collectorate School and College) run by the district administration of Sirajganj city. According to him, in order to achieve goals in life, one has to improve step by step. It is not possible to achieve everything at once. You have to work hard with infinite patience and indomitable will power. Never lose in life.

The beginning of corporate life

He came to Dhaka in early 2005 to start his corporate life. After borrowing only 500 rupees (from former colleague Sabina Yasmin Madam) and giving 3 interviews through walk-in interviews with friends (Saadi, Raju) from Mess A, he started working as a customer service executive in World Runner CourierAt the end of the day, he got a job as the secretary of his favorite Bangladesh China member. While working there for some time, he went to various organizations with regular interviews. He would not join even if he had a job if he didn't like it. He said he had something in his hand. There is no point in changing jobs for a small salary increase unless it is something good. But due to regular interviews, he lost his confidence and developed interview skills. Due to which he succeeded in interviewing Banglaling a few days later and moved to Sylhet with posting. Although he worked for a multinational company, he did not have the freedom to use his skills to contribute to the company as he saw fit. According to him, if there is no opportunity to work in a minimally innovative and independent way at the beginning of the career, then that work does not make any sense. That is why he left Banglalink to work independently and joined Sylhet's top real estate brand "Royal City" as Head of Sales and Marketing. Eventually he got an organization like his mind and worked day and night to take the organization to another height with the highest distribution of talent. The trust of the board of directors, soaked in the love of the customers, he spent 10 years there.

After the death of his father, he moved to Dhaka to meet his mother and family, and easily he worked for a couple of years as Head of Overseas and Corporate at Rupayan Group, a reputed real estate company in Dhaka, and for 6 months at Prime Asset GroupDoes. The key to successFrom his long working life experience, he said, if you want to be successful in your career at present in addition to working with honesty, dedication, sincerity, you have no choice but to be in the midst of regular learning as well as networking; In whatever industry or sector you workWhy not?As an alternative to hard work, you need to know how to work smartly. It is important to know how smart you are in delivering the job accurately in less time with your skills. "It's important to teach yourself to always be humble, which will help you grow a lot," he said. Being humble means you are interested in learning and you will easily get a mentor which is very important. As a mentor in my life, I got two things from my father who taught me to be patient and honest in all situations of life and no task can be underestimated. I also got two more people as mentors to whom I still cherish younger siblings. They are neither of my blood nor of Elk; Mr. Hamidul Haque Khan, the then AC Land of our Upazila, a 16th BCS, with whom I have a long 22-year relationship and under whose inspiration and guidelines I have learned to dream big in life today. The other is Mr. Khan Mohammad Mohiuddin, the Guardian of my career in Sylhet, with whose help I started my real estate career and succeeded.

The story of starting a business

The dream of life was big. As you grow older, your experience increases and your dreams begin to grow. After 12 years of working in the real estate career, it seems that something more challenging needs to be done this time. Confidence was evident. Market Tao is also very well known. I thought now is the time to take risks. If you think too much, nothing happens. With a lot of courage in my heart, I shared my wishes with my wife Afrin Azad. I was very surprised to hear that you can; I have seen you up close, honest, dedicated and hardworking people. Then I did not look back. I started a new journey in Purbachal with a housing project "Swapnanir" and another project called "Greenville" under the banner of Seren Properties in partnership with my mentor Hamidul Haque Khan. If the projects are successfully completed, the capital will hopefully stand at Rs 500 crore. Alhamdulillah, after coming into business life, I got more encouragement from many friends and a lot of love from my colleagues and customers. If the rest of the time goes like this, maybe one day I will be much bigger and I am working towards a change goal. I will not say that it has been successful yet but I am working hard to establish myself as well as to provide employment to some people.

Any funny thing that happens in life

I have fond memories of my life. My friends used to come to our house to play most of the time. Once I was sitting in the room and my friends were playing records. Mother used to call from outside the room all the time but that day she suddenly went straight to the room. My friends all run like that. I was also looking at my mother's face. I was very scared. But my mother did not tell me anything but looked at me and smiled. Seeing the mother's smile, the fear disappeared. That day I realized that mother is the best friend. From then on, I never hid anything from my mother. But my mother was very strict about her studies and more about family values, such as a lie in college life and did not return home in the evening. I wanted to stay at a friend's house. My mother found me that night and beat me up a lot and told me not to lie in my life. To be honest, he probably wouldn't have said anything.

What young people should do and how to prepare:

You have to dream of growing up in life. As well as making yourself time-friendly. In this age of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the idea is that the coming days are going to be very challenging, but the good news is that there are many possibilities to do something good if you can make yourself fit. In addition to educational qualifications, there is a need to focus on increasing English and technical skills. There is no alternative to networking. Start mixing in good circles. The most important thing is to try to learn something every day. Make it a habit to read books or articles regularly. Always stay positive and carry a positive attitude and start mixing with them. Keep yourself away from negative energy or frustration. Don't think it's too late, you can start changing yourself today if you want. Make yourself more efficient, and diligent in changing minds. Work patiently. Success will come.
