Mission accomplished! I went to the hospital today. The object has been removed. The best part is: No one had to touch my eye! At least not by using any kind of tweezers. It was a funny scene: I got to the reception to get on the list, and the doctor who put me on the list, a young female resident named Nixa, was the same doctor who treated me. She poured some drops into my eye and then looked at it through the optical instrument (I forgot the name) —"Ok, the object it's gone already"— she said. "But I know it was there because I saw it when I put you on the list". It didn't leave any injuries. I was like: "WHAAAT, THAT'S IT? I traveled 20 km for it to fall that easy 😵". But inside I was so relieved 😂 Yet, she continued examining both eyes. And I got scared when she said she was going to flip my eyelids. She was trying to pour more drops into my eyes but I couldn't keep them open, especially the left one. I've always been like this, my eyes close automatically when someone approaches them. I can't help it. I was so embarrassed. But she was kind and patient. Well, the reason she kept examining both eyes was because she found symptoms of an infectious conjunctivitis. She prescribed a three months treatment. It is one of those cases where you go to the doctor for one thing and end up finding other. I am very grateful to Dr. Law for helping me and with Dr. Nixa for all her kindness and patience. And of course, thanks to all of you who have been worried about me all this time. 🍡🍡🍡 I let you this picture I took last saturday and I didn't have the opportunity to share: The sunset marking an F note on the power lines. Or is it a G note? #english #wemakenoise #health
