My aunt just harvested these grains and gave it to my mom for cooking them. Its name is "Tapiramo". Have you seen them? I don't know other names and there is no translation from spanish to english. It's a kind of beans, white and black like a dalmatian. My aunt grows it at her backyard. She gets around 1/2 kg every few months. I don't know why is it so hard to find tapiramos at the market, it's not as common as black beans or lentils. That's why it is so special when Aunt Conchita give us some.
