The Arabic synonym for the word man is ‘nas’. According to popular belief, the word ‘Nisian’ (3) comes from the root — which means to forget. We will forget the right path, we will be forgotten, we will be deviated. This trend has been going on since the beginning of creation. In Paradise, our father Adam (peace be upon him) and mother Eve (peace be upon him) also forgot for a while from the promise they had made. They mistakenly ate the fruit of the tree that was forbidden to them. So ‘making mistakes’ is our innate trait.
Knowing that we will make a mistake, the two adjectives of Allah (swt) are Ghafur and Raheem. Forgiving and very kind. There is no one else in the world who is as forgiving as him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘All the children of Adam are sinners. But the best of them is he who repents.
According to another hadith, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “By the One in whose hand is my soul! If they are not sinful
If so, then Allah (swt) would have created in your place so many people who would have sinned and asked Him for forgiveness. So God forgave them. [1]
He does not close the door of mercy even for the servant who makes a mistake, the servant who is completely immersed in sin. For the sinful servant in the corner, he does not stop the oxygen in the air, he does not stop the rain in the sky, he does not stop the sun, the clouds, the night. The servant constantly makes mistakes and he goes on with constant opportunities. Waiting for the royal return of the servant. When the servant confesses his mistake and seeks forgiveness, when he repents and rises from the river of sin, when he sets out on the path directed by his Lord.
We think that the hardest sin we have ever committed may or may not be forgiven. We have the idea that there is no forgiveness for our sins. However, this is not the rule of Allah (SWT). He is the source of forgiveness for the sins of His servants. He says-
Say, O servants, do not be afraid of Allah.
O My servants who have wronged themselves, never despair of the mercy of Allah. Surely Allah forgives all sins. He is the Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
This verse, it seems that this verse was sent down for me. May Allah (swt) say to me on purpose, O my servant! In the darkness of that night you were involved in such and such sins. Remembering the days of making up your prayers. In the dark alleys of the Internet trying to remember
Surah Al-Zumar: Verse 32
Didn't you go to the mosque during the day? You have wronged yourself, your soul. Moments of diving. Forget about those days, when you are present before me today with the burden of Himalayan-like sin day after day. Do you think I will give you back today? Do you think that I will reprimand you today? Do you think that I will turn away from you today? My servant, you are wrong! No matter how much you oppress yourself, no matter how much you oppress me, I will always forgive you. You never despair of my mercy. Don't think that I will not forgive you, I will listen to your call, I will not respond to your call. Never think like that. The sins you have committed are never greater than my forgiveness. You just come back to me. Leaning towards me. He raised his hand and asked me to forgive him. Ask me for two drops of tears. I will definitely respond to your call.
We despair of His mercy because we do not know the plan that Allah (SWT) has prepared for the forgiveness of our sins. If we only knew how God values our heart's longing for forgiveness, our heart's longing for forgiveness, we would never be disappointed.
One day the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) spoke to the Companions about a lake of the past. Lake was extremely wealthy. From his vast wealth he never spent a penny in the way of Allah. In addition, he withdrew from the worship of God. When he reached the brink of death, when he reached the juncture of life, the fear of God came and sat in his mind. He remembered his wealth. He never felt the urge to spend a penny in the way of Allah from this mountain of wealth. He has not set aside any moment in his life for the worship of Allah. Enjoyed life in whimsy. Today he is so scared, so scared to stand on the brink of death!
Laketa called his children and said, “Father, let me tell you what I was like as a father.
They said, well.
How can he be good again if he has nothing in his possession to appear before God? For him, there is no other way but to destroy it.
The boys remained silent. Laketa said again, “You will do one thing. When I die, they do not bury me, but burn me to ashes. He will then blow some of the ashes into the air and some into the sea.
The boys did not understand why their father was saying such a thing. Has he come to the last moment of his life? But Lake is steadfast in his resolve. He also promised the children in this regard. They agreed, and after Lake's death, the children burned him and threw the ashes into the air and sea.
It is known from the commentary of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) that on the Day of Resurrection, Allaah will tell the wind and the sea to bring out to them whatever part of this lake they have. The wind and the sea will blow it out. God will raise the lake. Tell me, why did you order this work that day?
Lake will say, for fear of you. I thought you would never forgive me for my sins. I thought, if you burn yourself to ashes like this, I will escape your punishment.
On hearing this, Allah will say, Go, I have forgiven you.
The scope of God's forgiveness is so huge! Just a little remorse, a little sincerity, a little fear in the corner of the heart, Allah (swt) forgave such a sinner in an instant. But we think that our sins may not be forgiven.
When we repent after realizing a mistake after committing a sin, no one is happier than God. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)
Says, as much as the owner of the camel got back the camel lost in the desert. Happily, when the servant repents and returns after committing a sin, Allah (SWT). Ta'ala was happier than him. [1]
Think about it! The steep desert. There is no sign of settlement in the corner of sight. Wherever the two eyes go, only sand and sand. The sun is blazing over your head. In such an environment you have lost the camel you had with you. There is no other way for you except certain death! Because, it is not possible for you to cross this desert on foot. In this hot desert, hunger, thirst and starvation will slowly drag your body. You will be thirsty. Slowly you will fall into the lap of death. In that case, if the lost camel comes back to you in the blink of an eye, who could be happier in the world than you?
When we sincerely repent to God for our sins, ask forgiveness, shed tears and ask for forgiveness, God is happier than the person who got the lost camel back. According to the hadith of the Prophet, Allah (swt) said, ‘Son of Adam! If you remind me and expect from me, I will surely forgive you for your deeds (sins). O children of Adam! If the amount of your sins touches the clouds in the sky and then you ask forgiveness from me, I will surely forgive you. Son of Adam! If you stand before me with the burden of worldly sins without associating anyone with me, I will surely forgive you. [2]
What better word of hope could there be for us than these words? What could be more comforting than this? If I keep a piece of faith alive somewhere in my heart even after drowning in the abyss of sin, if I keep it hidden in my heart, a little trust in Rahman, a little confidence and one day if.
That faith, that latent trust, we really bow down to, if all the mistakes, all the crimes, all the disobedience in life. I can ask forgiveness from Him with tears in my eyes, with a pleading face, in a tearful heart, He assures, He trusts, He promises — He will forgive us all our sins, all our sins, all our transgressions, all our disobedience, all our mistakes. If our sin touches the clouds of the sky, if our disobedience is not contained in the earth, then there is no fear. The owner of the throne will still forgive us. He will cover us with the sheet of His absolute love.
Remember the uncle of the Prophet Abu Talib? The man in whose house Nabiji spent half of his childhood, adolescence and youth. Abu Talib was the man who was an absolute guardian of the Prophet. A true well-wisher. Abu Talib used to be the first to shield the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) from the polytheists of Makkah. In Nabiji's childhood, Abu Talib was like a father. In Kaisha, Nabiji was like the shadow of a banyan tree above his head. And in his youth he became a true guardian of Nabiji.
Abu Talib never considered Nabiji a nephew. Never looked away from his own child. After losing his parents and grandfather, Nabiji grew up in the hands of Abu Talib. There was no lack of love in the heart of the Prophet for that Abu Talib. But it is very sad that half of Nabiji's life was spent in the hands of his uncle, in whose shadow Nabiji was walking, in whose house Nabiji got a place to stay, in whose shoulder Nabiji got patriarchal affection - Abu Talib could not drink the nectar of Islam! Whether it was Abu Talib who kept the flag-bearing prophet of Islam alive, he remained a mushrik in the end. He knew that his grandson was a prophet sent by God. He knew Muhammad (peace be upon him). Sallam is not a common man, he is a prophet. For mankind from God. A messenger to come. Yet the lineage of Abu Talib, his ancestors.
Religion and rituals became stronger than the truth in front of him. Anika to the truth. Instead, tribal pride prevailed.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was standing beside him when the time of Abu Talib's death drew near, when the dearest uncle of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was passing through the last moments of his life in bed, when he was on the verge of death. Floating in tears, he was holding her hand and repeatedly begging her to utter Kalima. But no. Abu Talib did not have that good fortune. Just as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was sitting on the bed of the dying Abu Talib, trying to proclaim Tawheed with his mouth, another person was present. His name is Abdullah bin Abi Umayya. While the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was busy reciting Shahadah to his uncle Abu Talib, 'Abdullah ibn Abi Umayyah was busy plotting against Abu Talib. Abdullah said, "O Abu Talib, will you leave your fatherhood at the last moment?" O Abu Talib, will you really go astray at the juncture of life? Will you deny our gods in the evening of Muhammad's preaching?
On that day, Muhammad (peace be upon him) could not melt the mind of his uncle Abu Talib. Abu Talib died in a mushrik state without reciting shahadah. But that Abdullah bin Abi Umayya? What happened to the one who persuaded Abu Talib not to recite Shahadah? Yes, that Abdullah Ibn Abi Umayya drank the nectar of Islam at the end. He who one day persecuted Abu Talib for not abandoning the religion of his ancestors, for not abandoning the religion of his ancestors, is the one who pushed the gods of the patriarchal, revered lineage and sat down with the proclamation of one God, one God, one God! Abdullah ibn Abi Umayya was later martyred in the battle of Taif with the Prophet (peace be upon him).
Think about it! Abu Talib, who had conspired and given bad advice on his death bed, later became a soldier after reciting the Shahadah. Not only that, by participating in jihad he has gained the status of being a martyr! Subhanallah! That Abdullah bin Abi Umayya joined the procession of martyrs. And there was no chance for Abu Talib to raise his hands and pray a little.
