Fuzail Ibn Yaz. A famous Tabii. His worldliness and abstinence were on everyone's lips. However, in his early life, he was also devout. He was a deadly robber. The locals were always afraid of him. People were so afraid of him that people did not want to go from one place to another at night. Waiting for the morning to come. I thought, if I go out at night, I will have to fall into the clutches of the fog and lose everything. That is the story of the first life of Fufail Ibn Yaz. He loved a beautiful girl next door. He raided the girl's house one night. Go to the wall to cover the girl's room, at such a time as to where she is from
A melodious melody floats to the ears. That melody, that jingle sound drives Fuail's mind crazy. It brought a revolutionary change in his life. A cyclone started in the heart of Fuail who was drowning in the world. In that cyclone, the dust and rust that had accumulated in the atrium of the heart flew away in an instant. Which tune, which shattered the heart of the foil? Which is the nectar of Sudha that has turned the tide of his life? This is a verse from Surah Al-Hadeed in the Holy Quran where Allah (swt) says:
It is not for those who believe that they should open their hearts to the remembrance of Allah, and it has not been revealed to them from the truth.
Is it not time for the hearts of those who believe to melt into the remembrance of Allah and the truth that has been sent down? [1]
As soon as this verse was recited by Shana, Fuzail said, Of course, O my Lord, the time is present.
By the way, this one verse changed the life of Fujail Ibn Ya Rahimahullah. After that, for the rest of his life, he never came close to sin. He has arranged the next life according to the provisions of Allah the Almighty. He has painted himself in the colors of Allah. Due to his abstinence and secular life, he became a role model for later generations. [2]
In a life full of sin, when we run towards lies, cheating, don't we ever remember whether Allah (swt) likes these things or not? Don't you ever think that we are joking with the religion brought by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)? When I come close to sin, does the fear of the Hereafter ever come to my mind? A verse has changed the life of Fayl Ibn Ya Rahimahullah;
Surah Hadid: Verse 16
But the Gaeta Quran exists in front of us. The melody of the Qur'an always comes to our ears. However, have you ever wondered why this Qur'an cannot take our hearts by storm? Why doesn't this Qur'an cut the scars in our hearts in the way that the scars cut in the mind of Fuzail Rahimahullah?
During the Battle of the Trench. The Banu Qurayzah, a Jewish group in Medina, broke the treaty with the Muslims. They have moved away from the agreement they made with the Muslims to fight side by side in order to protect the city of Medina from external enemies. The incident sparked widespread outrage in the Muslim camp. At the behest of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), the Companion Abu Lubaba went to Banu Quraiza. The Banu Quraiza Gaetra are terrified of the breach of contract and the impending punishment. They repeatedly want to know Abu Lubaba, O Abu Lubaba! If we get out of the fort, do you know what our punishment might be?
Faced with such repeated questions, Abu Lubaba finally gestured and said something. He stabbed her in the neck with his hand, trying to convince her that ‘Taema would be killed as punishment. So they do not come out of the fort. By doing this, Abu Lubaba immediately became restless. He realized that he had disobeyed Allah and His Messenger. Ruined their deposits. Coming on behalf of the Muslims, he was warning Banu Quraiza Gaitra about the Muslims; But it is a betrayal of the trust of Allah and His Messenger. He thought that by saying this, he had committed a great sin, for which there is no forgiveness. He ran out of the fort of Banu Qurayzah and stopped at the Nawabi Mosque. In the mosque, the Nawab embraced a pillar and began to weep, saying, “I have committed a grave sin. O Allah, I have committed a grave sin. If God does not forgive me, I will not free myself from this situation in any way.
Thus he wept for seven days. Except for the time of eating and praying, he would hold the pole and cry and say, “I have sinned. I have committed a great sin. If God does not forgive me, I will not free myself from this situation in any way. Later, Allah (swt) forgave him and revealed a verse of the Qur'an in the light of this incident. [1]
Just a hint! By this gesture, the Companion Abu Lubaba (may Allah be pleased with him) thought that he had sinned in a great corner. Then, for seven days, he clung to the pole and cried out for forgiveness. Do we have a watchful heart like the Companion Abu Lubaba? Do we become terrified after disobeying Allah and His Messenger? Feeling restless? Shall I bow down? Come back? Do we have the same longing in the Companions Abu Lubaba (may Allah be pleased with him) to get rid of a sin?
Speaking of the historic battle of Tustar. The fight of the Muslims against the Persians. Every moment is spent with extreme confidence. Victory, defeat and death are being repeated in both the Persian and Muslim camps. There was fighting all night. The result of the battle was just after sunrise. Eventually the Muslims were victorious over the Persians. However, the Fajr prayer of that day was missed by all the Muslim soldiers. In the midst of the fierce fighting, no one had a chance to perform Fajr.
According to many others, Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) also performed the Fajr prayer on that day. From the point of view of the Shari'ah, he will not be found guilty of it. Don't be a sinner. Islamic Sharia exempts them from incapacity during wartime. Yet he could not forget the pain of missing the Fajr prayer for the rest of his life. Companion Anas, may Allah be pleased with him. Whenever he remembered the battle of Thirst,
That's when he started crying uncontrollably. Sheena would often say, “Are you telling me about the victory of Tusta? Sniff it! I missed the Fajr prayer that day. If the whole world were presented to me as a gift in return for this prayer, I would not like it. '[1]
Only once the prayer was made up! That too was allotted to him in the eyes of the Shari'ah. Even then, what can we learn from the state of mind of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), the wailing in his heart, the thought that he despises the whole world in return for the one-time prayer? We can learn how to deal with the basics of religion. Do we have the same longing in the depths of the mind of Anas for the established cause of religion? How many thousands of times in life have we missed the prayer? Is there any remorse in our hearts for this, that we are praying without reckoning? Have we ever been able to think in the opinion of the Companions Anas (may Allah be pleased with him)? Understand the importance? I was able to cry huh? Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) despised the world only once for the sake of prayer, and we spend our days despising the daily prayers for the sake of the world.
There was a battle between Mu'awiyah and the Rams. At one point there was an agreement between the two parties that they would go to a ceasefire for the time being. The treaty also set a deadline. However, Mu'awiyah sent Muslim troops to the Ramak frontier before the expiration of the treaty. The aim was to attack the Rams as soon as the treaty expired. In this way, the Ramkars can be defeated before they start preparing for war again. They could not have imagined that the Muslims would attack so quickly after the ceasefire. That's it. Muslim troops on the Ramak border
As soon as the treaty expired, they jumped on the unprepared Ramkars. The Ramkars could no longer get along with the Muslims. They began to retreat. Mu'awiyah, may Allah be pleased with him, proceeded with the hope of victory.
Seeing Mu'awiyah advancing in front of him, a Laik from behind climbed on his neck and hurried towards him. He started shouting, Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar! The ideal of Muslims is to keep promises, not to break them.
After approaching, it was seen that this was the Companion Amr Ibn Abasa, may Allah be pleased with him. Seeing him speak, Mu'awiyah said, "We did not break our promise to him." I attacked after the deadline. Then 'Amr ibn' Abasa (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, 'Whoever makes a covenant with a nation, he will not break it until the time has passed or he has clearly announced the end of the covenant.' Don't even bind. That is, he will not work in a corner that is against the promise. [1]
Amr ibn Abasa (may Allah be pleased with him) wanted to remind Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) by this hadith that no action can be taken against any nation unless it explicitly declares the annulment of its promise. War is much later. The manner in which Mu'awiyah, may Allah be pleased with him, suddenly attacked the Rams does not meet the standards of the Shari'ah.
The Muslim forces are on the verge of victory. They have almost defeated the Ramak force of huge strength. At that time a disciple came there and told a different story. Muslims have to go back, because this last attack is not legal according to Sharia. He has presented only one hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) as evidence.
There are two paths in front of Mu'awiyah. Either he will continue the war ignoring the words of Amr ibn Abasa, may Allah be pleased with him, and will conquer and capture the fort of the Rams. Otherwise, he will return to Sihat from the brink of victory. Receipts will not be in his possession. He will have to return after failing all the arrangements for victory. If we think from a worldly point of view, if Muawiyah had been someone else in place of Anhu, in what way would he have gone? Leaving the inevitable victory of the war, he would have chosen the garland of defeat? Never. But Mu'awiyah did so. He returned from the courtyard of victory with all his army only in obedience to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
Only one hadith of Nabiji has brought him back from the sure victory of the war ahead. He gave up the glory of winning the war, all possible achievements to be achieved as a result of victory, only to obey the Messenger of Allah. Only a hadith, a message could bring them back from such an extreme moment of victory. In front of us he is reading Gaeta Quran and Hadith. We know that the Qur'an forbids us to approach adultery, and forbids usury. Asks to establish prayer, to pay zakat. Says to live as a song. In the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) we see a detailed picture of the structure of our lives. Yet can we restrain ourselves from all these sins? I can't. That Islam, that Qur'an, that Messenger came for them, exactly the same Islam, the same Qur'an, the same Messenger for us. Yet what a huge difference between their faith and ours.
Yeah, every bad thing should be change, but it can't be change naturally. So we have to give our hand to change our nation, society and the world. Only we can changed it from bad thing. You explained it so well. Thank you so much for your great article
