In the long run, a terrible companion may wind up forlorn and separated. The cynicism can come off on your different connections and different parts of your life. Your confidence could be brought down. You may encounter higher feelings of anxiety which can affect physical and enthusiastic wellbeing.
I too have been with bad friends. But we need to rely on our ownselves at times of crisis.
