The Ravi River is a transboundary waterway crossing northwestern India and eastern Pakistan. It is one of six waterways of the Indus System in Punjab area.
Under the Indus Waters Treaty of 1960, the waters of the Ravi and two different waterways were dispensed to India. Along these lines, the Indus Basin Project was created in Pakistan, which moves waters from western streams of the Indus framework to renew the Ravi. Many between bowl water moves, water system, hydropower and multipurpose activities have been worked in India.
