Boss And Leader

​Do you know what is the difference between a Boss and a Leader?

Boss is the one who always gives you order for any work or for the mission. He just gives order and sits peacefully. 

​But on the other hand,

A Leader is the one who not only guides you, motivates you but walks in front you because a leader is a direction of any path.

Similarly, on Uptrennd, the guardians are also leaders, not the boss. I know you all are giving us respect but we are also human beings like you. Just because we have badge it doesn't mean we are superior. You are superior to us, we are here for you, to motivate you all, to encourage you all. 

Guardians want a community with us, not behind us.
