Exercise is very good for our health. As you know that during lockdown we all are at homes and we are eating regularly and all gyms are closed during lockdown. So at this time we should do exercise at our homes. Without any equipments we can do many exercises like cross Crunches, leg rises, lunges etc.. these exercises very effective to reduce our weight and we can relax after to these exercises. I am also doing these exercises at home and feel good
