I posted the same. And I can tell you that everytime you interact with others like commenting, it will give you points. If you can click the blue question mark icon, the information about it will pop up. You can claim it after 10 days when the claim button appear and if you have at least .01. I don't know when it starts. Don't have a clue. Hope that helps.
