The sole reason behind everything we don't do.

A couple of days ago, I was having a deep conversation with one of my friends and I thought it would be a great idea to share to you guys what we are talking about.

So let me head straight to it.

Fear is the reason behind everything we don't do or we do wrong.

And when I say everything, I mean literally anything you can think of.

Once you start digging into the thoughts of what you don't want to do, you will find out eventually that it's all based on the "fear" you have.

We don't achieve the things we want because we aren't capable of reaching them, we don't achieve then because we let our fears take over them our whole bodies and lives at large.

I didn't say "we don't achieve the things we want because of fear". Am I you to don't fear at all? No, the answer is no. We are humans. It's completely natural for us to have fear towards many things. Now not feeling fear at all, that would definitely be something to worry about. One of my favorite quotes comes from "Harry Potter" that states" how to stop feeling anxious about anxiety";

" Because there are those who don't feel anxious. They are of two very distinct groups. The first group: the dead people...... And the second group would be those people we refer to as psychopaths".

The point I'm trying to make is that you shouldn't feel ashamed for being afraid. Each one of us has different tactics to tackle fear, and one of those tactics that probably everyone on the earth is using is perhaps the easiest yet most the self- destructive one too. The tactics is running away from your forthcoming challenges or situations.

I know that feeling. I know how overwhelmed you can get with the problem, that all you want to do is to leave, running even away from you own self. I know that because I have done that countless times in my life too. And I know how full of peace and joy can become when you understand that the only thing stopping you is your mind.

When you break free from you fears, you will start to be your most authentic self. That part of you that's capable of doing the unthinkable. That part of you that's willing to do anything in their power to achieve what they've always dreamed of. And you will be happy and thankful for the fear that you felt at the start because that was the little push you needed to mould up your life.

And what's not letting that fear of yours to take over you really gives you is the opportunity to do the things that you pursue or dreamt of.

Conclusion.

So you do feel about something? Good!

That means you are alive. That means that thing is worth paying attention to. Don't relax thinking too much on it, that would only make your mind to take control over you and fear will take your place. Act with love instead. Ask yourself, how can you act with sincere love in that situation? I know you will make your best move for yourself.

Trust yourself and likewise, trust your decisions too.

Trust we've learned something new and worth learning today. If you haven't, you can just spend a little time on this article of mine and learn some real life lessons. Trust me, you would all thank me later.

Thanks for reading pals. You're all loved!!!

We all do fear or panic in one way or the other, but the rate at which we tackle our fear is very different from each other, it's very rear seeing someone who is actually bold. People who are even bold aren't rampant anymore

It's normal to have fear of something but we shouldn't let it take over our decision. You are right on this.
