One in a series of small cakes that are made quickly, nothing is cooked or baked, so it is a great choice if you are making several types of cakes or we are in a hurry. This roll makes an excellent combination of biscuits, chocolate and coconut irreplaceable.
Ingredients:
250 g of grounded biscuits
2 x 125 g of powdered sugar
100 g of chocolate
100 g of coconut
125 g of margarine or butter
100 ml of milk.
Preparation
Melt the chocolate on a steamer or in the microwave.
We dissolved in the microwave at medium temperature twice per minute and a half.
Don’t go for the strongest temperature so your chocolate doesn’t burn.
Mix the ground biscuits and one part of the sugar, then add the chocolate and mix.
Gradually add milk and mix.
We didn't use up all the milk, there were a few spoons left.
The mass should be thicker but not too hard, so that it can still stretch.
You may consume all the milk, depending on how dry the biscuit is.
Beat the softened margarine or butter with the other part of the powdered sugar, then add the coconut and whisk again.
Add a few tablespoons of milk to make the mass lubricating.
And here be careful not to make it too soft again.
The mass itself with coconut is a bit grainy, so it is possible to think that it is too hard.
Put aluminum foil on the work surface, then put the first part with the biscuit, fold it with aluminum foil, squeeze a little with your hands, shape it and then stretch it into a rectangle with a rolling pin to a square, now as desired and as desired.
Put the part with the coconut over, spread it everywhere by hand, then put the foil again and slowly straighten it with a rolling pin.
You can also stretch the white part separately and just put it over the part with the biscuit.
I think it will look more decorative that way.
Slowly twist the edge next to you, so that there is no air, press a little and then bend a little with the help of foil, so that it curls nicely.
Wrap the whole roll in foil and leave for a few hours in the refrigerator.
Then just unscrew and cut and serve.
