Studying "Physical fitness and Self-testing Activities" will let us discover something spectacular and adventurous. This course will enables individual to experience physical activities that will aid our desire in attaining a good posture and will also gives us a relaxation feeling. The factors mentioned will help us achieve our goals as a future professional in our chosen field by enabling us to boast our self-esteem. The knowledge that we can acquire from the lessons that is soon-to-be discuss will be beneficial to us to avoid the risks and possible diseases that we might get by conditioning our body in becoming a robust individual. The activities that we can encounter throughout this semester will help us strengthen our bones and muscles. It also nourishes our brain to have a good mindset so that we can focus on reaching our goals. Learning physical fitness cannot only help us to stay physically fit, and improves our mental health but also can contributes in our social aspects. Overall, this course will make us productive considering all the benefits that this course can gave; from the knowledge that we can get in which we can use in developing our self-efficacy.
