How to Keep Good Health
The condition of our body and mind is called health. Health may be giid or bad.good health refers to a healthy body which is free froms any kinds of diseases and the soundness of the mind. It is a must for all to lead a happy and peaceful life.
Healthy is the root of all happiness.when the body is good,the mind is good,and if the body is bad the mind is also bad.Therefore both body and mind must keep this good.If the body is not good, the mind is not good. You/I dont like anythings in the world . so you have to keep your body and health good as well as your mind.if you want to get good health, you have to follow the rules and regulations all day long.The rules have to be followed starting from morning to night. If you follow the rules , you have to get up in the morning,go for walk and morning exercise.The rules mean you have to eat food. It is necessary to follow the rutine.Health food is very important . Every persons to get better health.Health is equal to wealth,sometimes it is more than wealth. any material wealth is valueless without good health.
A poor healthy man is happier then a sick moneyed man. If one is not healthy,one cannot enjoy ones vats wealth and property,So keeping ourselves in good health is essential and keep to ourselves healthy,we have to maintain certain things. Taking balanced diet is important of all.
Without taking balanced diet,we can neber healthy. We have to avoid overeating as well.The next things is physical exercise.Regular physical execrise can keep our body fit for work.Our body becomes feebles and disease-prone without physical exercise. Walking , running ans swimming aer some usefulnforms of physical execrise.
punctuality and maintaning daily routine are also fruitful activities.Going to bed early and rising early are very useful for good health.Finally, hygiene or cleanliness can help us a lot posses good health.
