The company already has a fund, EOS VC, dedicated to developers in order to finance the various projects.

By extending this fund to members of the community and various supporters of the project, Block.one wants to give an incentive to ongoing projects, those that are about to start, and those that are already completed.

The presentation of the project in order to have the chance to be funded through the Grant Program can be carried out directly on the platform, from which it is possible to download a presentation form to fill in: promising projects, which will be evaluated one by one, can receive up to 50 thousand dollars

The decision to create this fund might also be motivated by a desire to recover a bit of positivity since many projects are already migrating to other sister chains due to the recent blockchain congestion problems.

In addition, the date of Voice’s testnet, which will be launched in a few months’ time, has also recently been announced.

EOS and Scatter against fakes on Telegram

Today, the team of Scatter, a wallet for the management of EOS accounts, proposed a model, using its own RIDL identification solution, to counter the phenomenon of fake accounts on Telegram.

In fact, many criminals are increasingly exploiting this chat to steal money from those who are less acquainted with this sector. Perhaps this project will be part of the EOS Grant Program fund.
