Formal education is the main goal in the modern age as compared to non-formal education. Education has taken institutional form through schools, colleges, madrasas, universities, institutes etc. The main driving force of these institutions is the teachers as well as those who play a major role in the educational institutions and are engaged in great teaching activities are known as respected persons or teachers of the society. In most cases, from the establishment and management of educational institutions to the formulation and implementation of syllabus-curriculum, all types of educational activities depend on teachers. Their contribution to the overall development and welfare of the organization is undeniable. The main goal of the educational institution is to play a direct role in shaping the future of the nation. The success, failure, reputation and notoriety of the institution all depend on the proper activities and activities of the teachers. Undoubtedly, the role of teachers in the formation and management of educational institutions is important in the light of the basic philosophy of education. In particular, I am discussing here about the position, role, responsibilities and duties of all the dedicated ideal teachers who are engaged in modern educational institutions (not Islamic educational institutions). The position of idealistic teachers in secular educational institutions is undoubtedly important. What kind of role should the teachers working in these institutions who are inspired by humane, noble and Islamic ideals have to play in their respective institutions and how can they fulfill their responsibilities? Discussions are also needed on the strategy to transform the educational institution into an ideal educational institution.
Ideal Educational Institution: Generally, for the establishment, development and adaptation of an educational institution, some prerequisites are imposed by the Board of Education of our country and in terms of fulfillment or implementation of which an institution is recognized as an educational institution. But all these preconditions are not enough to make an educational institution an 'ideal educational institution'. We can call all the educational institutions which have the following status as ideal educational institutions.
Fair education policy: The educational institution will be run in the light of a fair education policy. This education policy will not be contrary to or different from the declared education policy of the country or the state. However, the organization will have its own efforts to integrate at least some elements of the conventional education policy or the standard education policy. In the light of this education policy, the whole education system, syllabus-curriculum, education goals, objectives, future of the country etc. were formed.
Appropriate Syllabus Curriculum: A welfare oriented and appropriate syllabus curriculum is the mainstay of the regulated educational activities under the institution; Which will serve as a guide. The real driving force in creating true knowledge, character and competence in the students is the syllabus, curriculum, books written accordingly and their proper presentation. Ideal Teacher: An important condition of an ideal educational institution is not only the appointment of any teacher but also suitable, qualified, characteristic, idealistic and Recruitment of teachers who believe in price control and their active role. It is considered 'sufficient' to appoint only the required number of teachers as per the conditions imposed by the Board of Education or the University authorities. However, judging in the light of the philosophy of education alone, anti-ethical teachers can disrupt the whole goal of education and fill the learning environment with immorality and subculture. So caution is needed in this regard.
Ethical environment of education: Another important prerequisite as an ideal educational institution is to keep the moral environment of education intact. Basically, the implementation of educational activities largely depends on a healthy and conducive learning environment. Separate education system for girls as a field of co-education in general, introduction of correct assessment system by reforming faulty examination system, introduction of teacher training system, appointment of ethically qualified and ideal teachers, proper adherence to education calendar, system of innocent sports, establishment of mosque in campus etc. Moral values are created.
Sweet student-teacher relationship: The educational activities of the educational institution also depend on the creation of sweet and close relationship between the student and the teacher. Students of the past are today's teachers and today's students are teachers of the future. So, if the artificial distance between the student and the teacher can be bridged and a sweet relationship can be established between the two, then the educational institution will become a place for imparting and acquiring knowledge without being a place for many incidents. Only ideal teachers can bridge this gap by producing charismatic and knowledgeable students.
Teacher-Parent Relationship: Like student-teacher relationship, teacher-parent relationship can also make a huge contribution to the formation of an ideal educational institution. In many cases the existing relationship between the conscious parent and the knowledgeable teacher acts as the driving force for the organization. In particular, it is essential to ensure the active participation of the teachers as well as the parents of the various boards, starting from the board of directors of the organization and to maintain good relations; Otherwise the organization may suffer.
Proper Administrative Structure: The most important prerequisite for an ideal educational institution is to establish a sound administrative structure consisting of honest and qualified teachers-officers-staff, on which the implementation of the basic philosophy of education, teaching activities and administration and management will depend. The reputation and notoriety of the educational institution also largely depends on the honesty and efficiency of the people involved in the administration. In addition to the conditions imposed by the Board of Education or the University for gaining recognition as an educational institution, an institution can emerge as an ideal educational institution only by fulfilling the above additional prerequisites. However, in the above mentioned additional conditions, the overall success of the organization depends on the ideological quality and professional qualifications of the recruited teachers as well as the quality and role of the teachers.
Basic Qualities of Teachers: It is necessary to shed some light on the qualities of those who are self-sacrificing and respected in the pursuit and dissemination of knowledge towards human welfare, who act as the main driving force of an educational institution and on whose qualities and activities an educational institution depends. So that it is clear to us that teachers with any kind of basic qualities are qualified to transform an institution into an ideal educational institution and can come forward with a courageous role.

By actively participating in the overall work starting from the administrative work of the educational institution and by making significant contribution in it, the teacher will also create in himself the basic qualities like making his position essential in all walks of life. Basically, a teacher will emerge as a benevolent driving force for the institution concerned and will not show laxity in any matter. 4. Among the faculty and students, a teacher will be known as an expert in his / her own field which requires basic qualities like relentless pursuit of knowledge, research, perseverance and endurance. It is the sole demand of the teacher to have his own thoughts, research and contribution in his own subject or subject. Not only that, it is advisable to present one's subject matter in the light and in the light of human philosophy which cannot be anything other than Islamic philosophy. He must have a sincere effort to Islamize knowledge. 5. Completing various tasks of the organization with competence, diligence and efficiency is also recognized as a basic quality of a teacher. All academic and non-academic responsibilities. It is important to observe it properly and on time. Otherwise there may be a slowdown in the overall activities of the organization, which could lead to huge losses or risks. . As well as being a teacher of knowledge, he will be the voice of protest against all kinds of injustice. Strong courage to stand up against all kinds of wrongdoings, starting with terrorist activities on campus, is also one of the basic qualities of a teacher. A teacher will always be vigilant and striving for the establishment of truth and justice and the elimination of untruth and injustice. . Teaching is not to be taken as a means of livelihood or a profession; Rather, considering it as a mission or vow of life will also be recognized as a basic quality of a teacher. There will be no gap between the philosophy of teaching and the mission of life. Only then will there be no sign of failure or frustration in the life of a teacher and he will not shy away from playing a strong role in the campus, but will sincerely play a leading role.
The value of an ideal teacher is immense.It is not possible to buy the ideal of an ideal teacher in exchange for anything.It is his responsibility to make the students of an institution ideal with the ideals that he has bound himself.At present it is very difficult to find such an ideal teacher.I was find some Ideal teachers in my life.I cannot forget their any ways.
