Alcoholismo.
Amigos.
The education of our children is the responsibility of us parents.
Educating is one of the most difficult tasks we parents face. And, although there are no magic formulas, there are some key issues that we have to handle with ease. It's never too early to start educating you. These are the basic rules to get your child to grow up happy.
1. An example is worth a thousand sermons from a very young age children tend to imitate all our behaviors, good and bad We can take advantage of everyday customs -such as greeting, behaving at the table, respecting the rules when driving- so that they acquire correct habits and, little by little, take responsibilities.
2. Communication, dialogue, understanding the words, gestures, looks and expressions we use help us to know ourselves better and express everything we feel. That is why, even during pregnancy, you have to talk to the baby.
3. Limits and discipline, without threats you have to teach him to separate feelings from action. The rules must be clear and coherent and accompanied by logical explanations.
4.Let them experience even if they are wrong The best way for children to explore the world is to allow them to experience things themselves. And if they make mistakes, we have to be there to take care of them physically and emotionally, but with limits.
5. Do not compare or disqualify. You have to eliminate phrases like "learn from your brother", "When are you going to become as responsible as your cousin?" or "you are as whiny as that child in the park".
6. Share our experiences with other parents. It can be very useful to us. Thus, living a stage of rebellion of our child, something very frequent at certain ages, can cease to be a source of tremendous anguish and become, simply, a hard but temporary phase. Phrases like "don't worry, the same thing happened to my son" can help us relativize the "problems" and, therefore, make us feel better and act calmer.
7. We must acknowledge our mistakes. We have the right to be wrong and that doesn't mean we're bad parents. The important thing is to recognize mistakes and use them as a source of learning. A simple phrase like "forgive honey.
8. Reinforce the good things. It is proven that positive reinforcement gestures of affection, stimuli, rewards are more effective when it comes to educating than punishments. That is why we must always give him affective support and let him be the one who, according to his ability, solves the problems.
9. Don't pretend to be his friends. Although it is always advisable to foster a climate of closeness and trust, that does not mean that we should be their best friends.
10. They also have emotions. Sometimes we think that only we feel upset and that children have to be happy all day. But they also have concerns.
5g reality or myth for Latin America.
The 5g network will come to us. With the advent of 3g in 2001 and 4g in 2009, we all hope that with 5g internet applications and connected devices will reach powerful connections. One of the goals of 5g to improve the user experience thanks to the connection speed, would be a small step for first world countries.
For us Latin American nations would be a great leap or advance, we live in a world where connectivity is not a luxury and is a necessity. 5g should speed up networks 5 times more than with 4g, we can download movies series in just minutes, watch live matches without interruptions. Let's hope it comes to us.
Consejos para una dieta saludable.
Good people
good people. Friends last night watching a program on TV made a reflection, it was about what we want our children to be. Of what we want to be, we all want our children to be doctors, engineers to have a doctorate. Or be scientists. As children we want to be pilots or firefighters. We want to be the best. How many people when they ask us what you want to be your son or daughter when they grow up answer I WANT HIM TO BE A GOOD PERSON.
