As you all know, relationships are so lethal at sometimes such that if you're not strong enough to handle yourself and put yourself out there respectively, you might end up being a man or woman of stressful life.

As you all know it's very hard and painful to break up with the person that you almost donated your life to.

But because life must continue, here's how you can handle the pain safely and manifest a sense of maturity. 

1. Balanced diet 

While in the pain, please don't forget to take care of your stomach, always take enough food in order to be more energetic and strong.
