Assalamualaikum friends.Good afternoon How are you?I hope you all are ok by the grace of almighty Allah.Now this Corona situation fresh and fit body is so important.physical exercise to keep our body fit and mind sound as well.our body is just like a machine and it needs proper care.A machine gets rusty if it is the limbs are not exercised ragularly.

Physical exercise is of various kinds.They are walking, swimming, riding, rowing, racing, gymnastics and playing different types of indoor and outdoor games.Different exercises are suitable for different ages.Everybody should take physical exercise according to his age and ability.For an old man, morning walk or jogging is a good exercise Games like football, cricket, hockey, basketball, volleyball, etc are suitable for young people.But walking is the best kind of exercise for all.Before taking exercise one has to think what froms of exercise his body will permit.If it is not done wisely,it will be harmful and it will tell upon ones health.Specially the old and the diseased persons should be selective in doing exercise.

The necessity of taking physical exercise is indispensable.The saying goes-'Build up your body if you want to build up your mind'.There is a close connection between body and mind.If the body is week no one can concentrate on work.we cannot think of sound mind without a sound health.

Physical exercise increase our stamina, strength and speed of work.It keeps our mind fresh.Ragular games and sports can develop the spirit of teamwork, fellow feeling, group loyalty and self discipline.

Physical exercise should be taken ragularly.Irregular and over exercise is injurious to health.A student who takes physical exercise regularly can work very hard and does well in his studies.On the other hand, physical exercise not only improve our health but also makes us smart, active and graceful.
