Hello,Here i am again with a new recipe.chicken roast ,a traditional bengali recipe.in every occasion it is cooked in every house of Bangladesh like eid ,wedding ceremony etc.so today i am sharing this interesting recipe with you..i hope you all like it...

Ingredients:

Chicken: 1 and half kg

Sour yogurt:1 cup

Onion :6-7

Gaslic paste :1 tbsp

Ginger paste:1 tbsp

Onion paste:2 tbsp

Red chilli powder:1 tbsp

Cumim powder:1 tbsp

Almond paste and kashew nut paste:4 tbsp

Cardamon:4-5

Bay leaf:4-5

Cinnamon :2-3

Green chilli:4-5

Oil:half cup

Kewra assence: 1 tbsp

Sugar:1 tsp

Lemon juice:1 tbsp

Procedure:at first cut the whole chicken into 4 pieces.(i cut here small as i dont like large pieces).then marinate the chicken with all ingredients except the oil ,onion, green chilli, bay leaf, cardamom ,cinnamon, lemon sugar and kewra assence.then keep aside it in a bowl for 2-3 hours..so that all spice can mix with chicken and the texture comes nicely.then take the onion ad slice the onion into fine pieces ..heat the oil in a pan and pour the onion and fry it till it turns into golden brown colour.. pick off all this and keep it in a bowl.add the bay leaf ,cardamon, cinnamon, cloves into the heated oil.fry untill a nice fregrance come out.then pour the marinated chicken into this heated oil and cook it untill chiken become soft and well cooked.when chicken become well cooked add green chilli .cover the lid..al last add the fried onion ,sugar ,lemon and kewra essence to it...and tan tannnnnna roast is ready..

You can serve it with rice or parathas.

The fragrance of it will give you a great joy of happiness. And taste is mind blowing...so what is the delay .make this recipe fast..

(in many chicken roast recipe , chicken is usullly being fried..but i dont like to do fry....bcs i think if i do fry then chicken will be hard and juiciness of the chicken cant found)
