who to blame who are responsible?

Some people of the Philippines keep on protesting for the rights of the Filipino people and keeps on blaming the government because on what happening in our country right now.

Before blaming the government do we look with our self if we really doing the right thing for our country or maybe we are also contributing to make it worse?we are all responsible for our country not just the government we are all responsible in are own way.

Lot of people keep on protesting even the pandemic killing thousand of people.If the government can't help all of us we must save our own and our family,going outside and protesting might not help it may kill us and our family and also worsen the status of our country.
