Suji: 100 grams
Boiled corn: 2 tablespoons
Capsicum powder
Raw chilli powder
Chop the onion
Flour: 2-3 tablespoons
Biscuit powder: 150 grams
Salt: Like taste
How to make
Heat 2 cups of water in a pot and mix the semolina, boiled corn, capsicum powder, raw chilli powder, onion powder, self salt and stir well for 5 to 6 minutes. When the water is completely dry, pour the mixture into a bowl, cool and form into cutlets. Then dip in flour / cornflower batter, spread biscuit powder well and fry in red oil. Serve with mint or coriander chutney semolina cutlets.
