Materials:
Beef 1/2 kg
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
2 cups of polao rice
1 teaspoon of garlic paste
Mug dal 1/2 cup
Lentils 1/2 cup
1 tablespoon of onion paste
1 teaspoon coriander paste
2 cardamoms
8 cups of water
2-3 cinnamon
Long 2-3

Method:
1. Rice and pulses should be washed and soaked for half an hour.
2. The meat should be smeared with all the ingredients except oil.
3. Heat oil in a pot and add spicy meat.
4. When it is well cooked, let it boil with 1 cup of water.
5. Remove the meat from the spices and place in another container. Drain the rice and pulses soaked in spices and cover with 6 cups of water.
6. When the water is dry, stir it with raw chillies and meat. When done, serve with salad and pickles.
