Pickled tomato rui

Materials:

  • 6 pieces of rui fish,

  • 2-3 large tomatoes,

  • Whole pepper paste and a half tablespoons,

  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder,

  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon,

  • A little fenugreek,

  • Bay leaves,

  • Coriander leaves.

Method:

The fish should be lightly fried. Fry fenugreek and bay leaves in oil in a pan. Now you have to add all the spices and tomatoes. Once it is cooked, it should be cooked a little more on low heat with fish. When it is cooked, cover it with half a cup of water, When the fish is boiled and the broth is dry, serve it with a little sugar, green chillies and coriander leaves.
