Perry Perry Chicken Recipe

Materials:

  • Whole chicken - 1 (weighing 1 kg)

  • Spread with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper powder.

For Perry Perry Sauce:

  • 8-12 dried red chillies (it depends on how much salt you eat)

  • Ginger, garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.

  • Testing salt - 1 teaspoon

  • Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

  • paprika-1/2 teaspoon

  • olive oil - 100 ml (1/2 cup)

  • Vinegar-50 ml (1/4 cup)

Sauce making

Fry the dried chillies in a dry pan for a few minutes. Then cool the peppers

Finely chop and mix the rest of the ingredients together and heat in a pan for 2/3 minutes.

Now cool and blend in all the blender. If you want this sauce, you can keep it in the fridge for 1 month.

Method:

Take half of the sauce and mix it with the chicken and leave it for 4-5 hours.

Now heat a little oil in a large pan and fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes. This time Place the chicken in the ovenproof container in the oven at (200C / 390 F)

Bake / grill for 30 minutes. Brush once every 10 minutes with a separate sauce.
