Materials:
2 kg ripe guava
1 kg sugar
One and a half tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup water
Less Food Color (Desire)
1 pinch of salt
Method:
Wash the guava and cut it into pieces.Boil the guavas in a pot in the oven with 15 cups of water. Reduce the heat of the oven and cover with a lid.When the water is half dry and the guava is soft, remove from the oven.Pour the boiled guavas into a strainer or on a thin clean cloth.Place a pot under the strainer. Now squeeze out the juice from the guava.Stir the pot with the sugar in the oven over medium heat.
When the foam thickens, remove from the oven with lemon juice. Cool and put in a jar.Guava jelly stays good for a long time if left in the fridge. Serve with bread for breakfast Fun guava jelly.
