Materials:
Half a kilo of beef,
1 teaspoon of onion paste,
1 teaspoon of garlic paste,
1 teaspoon cumin paste,
2 teaspoons of dried chilli paste,
Salt to taste,
1 teaspoon of mixed spices,
2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
2 tablespoons of mustard oil
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and leave for 5/6 hours.
2. Now hit up and down at 180 and keep it for 40 minutes.
3. When cooked brown, bring down. Serve with salad.
The meat chop tasted so good.
