Materials:

  • 1 kg of flour,

  • 100 g of oil or dalda,

  • 1 egg,

  • 1 cup of water,

  • amount of salt,

  • a little saffron.

Method:

Mix all the ingredients well with flour. Then grind the yeast for a while. Now make it a little thicker and bake it in a pan or oven. If Bakarkhani makes two holes in the middle, it will be better to bake.
