Introduction:

Unemployment is an important social problem in a developing country like Bangladesh. Unemployment is the language of social science in the absence of work. Unemployment puts severe pressure on a country's economy. Unemployment is a curse for human life as well as a huge burden for national life. Unemployed people get involved in various misdeeds. Unemployed people get involved in various misdeeds. It degrades the environment and law and order, erodes social values.

Unemployment is a problem in my country:

Bangladesh is largely dependent on agriculture and low capital. Bangladesh is dependent on agriculture. And most people live in poverty. Opportunities in industrialization are limited here.

Therefore, the number of educated unemployed is increasing day by day in Bangladesh due to illiteracy and poverty as well as lack of adequate employment.

A big reason for this is the lack of coordination of the social system with the education system of our country. That means our education is not action oriented at all. We receive education but there is no workplace in our country to apply that education.

Secondly, the educated youth in our country do not want to go back to their father's profession, such as agriculture, farming, cottage industries, etc. after getting education.As a result, the number of educated unemployed is increasing day by day.

In addition, the number of educated unemployed is increasing due to the new discoveries of science and technology, the application of technology to do the handicrafts of many people. Bangladesh is currently uneducated or uneducated youth on the one hand, educated but unskilled youth on the other hand these two opposite currents unemployment has made the problem worse, who has made the future of the country dark.

In a developing country like Bangladesh, the working but unemployed population poses a serious threat to the overall economy.

Different types of unemployment:

In the language of sociology, permanent unemployment, temporary unemployment, military unemployment, disguised unemployment, etc., various kinds of unemployment have been mentioned.

Due to lack of capital and capital, no large scale industries are being developed in our country. Business with little capital and various finances of our country are affected due to social and political reasons. As a result, due to the acute lack of employment, a large part of the country's youth is spending their days on the shoulders of long-term unemployment.

Unemployment implicit in investing extra labor in need of specific work. This unemployment is present in the field of agriculture in our country. In some cases there are only a few months of work a year, the rest of the time there is no work. This type of unemployment is called military unemployment.

Unemployment is more prevalent among educated youth in middle class families. They are not directly involved in the production process, but have their contribution indirectly. This type of unemployment is called disguised unemployment.

In our country, there is a demand for one seasonal job or one person.With the change of seasons, there is no opportunity for that special kind of work. Such unemployment falls into the category of seasonal unemployment.

Unemployment of any kind is never desired. The number of educated unemployed in Bangladesh is increasing. Highly educated young people are not getting jobs according to their qualifications, nor are they getting jobs in the profession of their choice.

There is no need to explain to anyone that there are few opportunities to solve the problem of unemployment by job. There is no shortage of qualified and skilled people in this competitive market. Everyone wants a smooth and attractive job. But the country lacks adequate employment. So the number of educated unemployed in the country is increasing day by day.

Solve the problem of unemployment:

Unemployment is a national problem for us. We need to take national initiative to solve this problem. The first requirement for this is the integration of the education system with the social structure. It is necessary to declare the national education policy and introduce up-to-date education system and career oriented education.

It is necessary to create employment by increasing foreign investment by setting up industrial factories in the country. There should be more emphasis on science and technology education. The youth should invest in technology education by creating new workplaces.

In other words, productive education system can play a fruitful role in tackling unemployment in our country. On the other hand, the way for technical and vocational education needs to be opened. Skilled, unskilled youths have to be employed there to build big, medium and small scale industries.

Today, it is most necessary to build an educated youth society in the country. Young people need to be motivated towards self-employment by avoiding the job mentality. The government has already introduced the necessary education training and word-of-mouth loans.

The Department of Youth Development has introduced such activities at the district and updistric level. There have already been a lot of educated youth and self-reliant people in different parts of the country using the training and loan facilities from youth development.

The youth of the country should be encouraged to engage in agriculture, fish farming, animal husbandry, agricultural farms, dairy farms etc. For this we have to arrange publicity, exhibitions, posters and prizes in the media.

In order to solve the problem of unemployment in our country, we have to take initiative to create massive employment. One of the ways of industrialization. We have to focus on modernization of the agricultural system of the country as well as rapid industrialization. This requires far-reaching planning and political will.

Moreover, educated youth need to think about self-employment by avoiding the mentality of just going after the golden key of the job. In order to rid the youth of the curse of unemployment and to remove the huge burden of unemployment from the shoulders of the nation, the government must come forward and the people must make concerted efforts.
