I'm coming back at writing
I waited a while before starting to write once more. I feel somewhat cut off from the neighbourhood after being gone for several months.
I required some time in order to reacclimate to the surroundings and recover my own work. But I think I'm finally prepared now.
Since my last post, several arduous, drastically altering months have passed. I'm prepared to start right away because I have a tonne of tales to tell and new writing techniques to discover.
**Everyone experiences hardships**. We refer to the lack of drive as "writer's block" in an effort to feel better about ourselves by assuring ourselves that everyone experiences it. Your issue has a simple, tried-and-true 2-step solution:
1. Quit calling it names. Quit referring to it as "writer's block" or anything else. Quit being pessimistic. It is only a writing omission, and that is entirely acceptable. You should just remember that you CAN write. It's within you.
2. begin reading. Every time I found myself in a rut, this has helped me get out. You can enter the lovely realm of imagination by reading, and this will inspire you to write. When you first discover the magic that words can create, you'll be inspired to write and create it yourself. It doesn't really matter what you read; just do what you like. Making time to let yourself get lost in language is crucial. I assure you that it will inspire you to write.
*You should concentrate on the solution rather than the issue. This change in emphasis will be crucial. All the best!*
I want to express my gratitude to those of you who reached out to me through different writers. Thank you to everyone who has inquired about my return; it's encouraging to know that there is still some relevance for me when I resume writing.
**Keep checking your feed since I'll shortly be posting my responses. Peace out.**

Read it, in case you feel down
Hello everybody,
To everyone who used to nail it all the time. To everyone the world knew to be good at anything they do and anywhere they’re thrown into. To everyone who seems to have everything figured out, whose feet are always on the right path, whose achievements are everyone else’s dream.
To everyone who always win on their younger years so the world doesn’t allow them to fail when they grow up. To everyone whose loses capture everyone’s attention more than their victories.
To you, who feels like failing isn’t acceptable because everyone expects you to always win,
you are allowed to mess up sometimes. You are allowed to do certain decisions and regret it sooner. To get a low score, to be the last in the list, to be rejected, to disappoint people. You are allowed to not know what to do, to say the wrong words, to ask for help, to worry about the future. You are allowed to fall short, to fall back to zero, to start all over again.
To everyone who lived their lives reaching the expectations of people, it’s okay to be inadequate. You’re not your best everyday and it’s okay.
This is exactly what I was thinking of last night.
When they keep on saying "Kaya mo yan" or "Ikaw pa", it just puts more pressure on you because people expect you to succeed. When what we really want to hear is "Do your best but if you do fail, know that it's okay and I'm here to help you stand back up again" like you know what I'm saying???
Nothing is permanent ,the ups and downs in life would make us stronger, to face the true meaning of our existence in this challenging world.Hold onto God He will make our path easier to achieve our dreams.
.

Despite everything
The way we feel about each other is completely backwards. All these years, the wrong sort of love has been passing between us.
A few of weeks ago, we all met up for dinner. She constantly had her head down, either staring at her phone or ignoring the people around her. That situation made me a little bit cranky. It baffles me that she can't see how much I value our time together as a couple on Friday and Saturday nights. "How could she have been so blind as to not notice that I sometimes crave alone time with her?"
It really bothered me, and she couldn't figure out why. Despite my best attempts, she still didn't understand what I was saying. For this reason, I've resolved to drop the issue and move on with my life.
A few days later, on a day of extreme laziness, I recalled that moment. Unfortunately, the sink was starting to overflow as a direct result of my incompetence in the dishwashing department.
I didn't think it would be a huge deal. I'll handle it tomorrow.
When my wife came home, she found the sink full with dirty dishes, which irritated her.
It's not a huge issue, I told her, and I'm sorry. "When I get back to my house tomorrow, I'll get right on it."
She tried to explain to me how the dishes reminded her of how much I felt unwanted and undervalued last week when I was unhappy about supper.
If you have dirty dishes, why should you feel unloved? She was the one I questioned.
"So how can me, looking down at my phone for a small second during dinner, make you feel unloved?" she questioned.
In the midst of my thoughts, I glanced across at her and nodded.
At the time, we didn't realize how mistaken we were about how we loved each other. The methods in which we believe we are clearly displaying our love for one another but aren't.
Sometimes, loving someone the way you want to be loved isn't an option. Since each person views love differently.
Ten years had passed since we had last spoken, but now we were finally able to sit down and catch up. How desperately we want to be loved.
The actual results that can be expected.
That doesn't seem necessary.
Feelings at being in this predicament.
Surprisingly, I've found that the best way to make my wife happy is to assist her.
Simple things like being there for her in her time of need and helping her put away the dishes will go a long way.
Consequently, she realized that for me, love is exemplified by the quality of time we share.
I feel most loved and cared for by you when we are together.
We went out to supper, and she paid close, undivided attention to me the entire time.
Have we, all this time, been misloving one another? I looked at her and asked.
After ten years of marriage, my wife and I have finally figured out how to truly love one another.
As soon as I woke up, I made my way to the kitchen to put away the dishes. My wife remarked, "Let's wash them together," and then she grabbed the stereo.
A chance to get to know one another while also lending a hand.
As a group, we're growing better at showing our affection for one another in different ways.
We've been together for ten years, and throughout that time we've figured out how to love each other well.
Simply said, you can't always love someone the way you'd like to be loved.
Despite our vastly divergent definitions of love, we both agree on one thing: We'll make it through this, I'm sure.
Since I know how to love her well, I'm confident that we'll be okay. In a way that she can actually experience it.
For the sake of argument, let's pretend that tonight I'm taking my wife out on a romantic, phone-free date.

Wishing to be free
Miss you so much , so i wrote 2 poems to everyone. I hope everyone is safe and well.
**HOW I WISH**
How I wish to be with you always
To share my life in good and in bad times
How I wish to live with you always
To share my warm love and tender
happiness in life.
How I wish to carry you in my body
To think that we are only one flesh and one
soul
How I wish to shout to the world
That my love for you is real but nothing
really.
How I wish that you belong to me
That no one will take you away from me
How I wish that you feel the same
No doubt and no fear.
How I wish that this world will become
paradise
Where we can share the beauty of life
How I wish that these wishes may all come
true
And blessed me all through.
**Free**
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free
I'm following the path God laid for me
I took His hand when I heard Him call
turned my back and left it all.
I couldn't stay another day
To laugh, to love, to work or play
Task left undone must stay that way
I found the peace at the close day.
fmy parting has lefta void
Then fill it with remembered joy
Ah yes, these things I too will miss
Be not burdened with times of sorrow
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow
My life is been full I've savored much
Good friends, good times, a loved ones
touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief
Don't lengthen it now with undue grief
Lift up your heart and share with me
God wanted me now, He had set me free.

Delivery
Something we all should know
A Caesarean section is a lifelong disability from the birth of a child until the death of a mother.
Many people often passes remarks like, "Oh, Caesar's pain is nothing but only cuts the stomach."
But let me tell you that the baby has to be brought into the world by cutting the 8 curtains of our body. Yes, maybe the feeling of cutting the abdomen is not understood coz of anesthesia before a caesarean section but within half an hour, 3 hours of saline are over.
This spinal injection injected into the spine through a thick syringe causes lifelong pain in the back of the woman..
The next 24 hours brings immense pain, that kind of pain where u feel somebody has chopped one of your body part but had not applied medicine but yes, it's endurable after surviving that pain for 48 hours.
First 24 hours you cant even turn yourself on bed, forget about walking by yourself for washroom!
Believe me, when the retirement period of anesthesia is over, you have to squirm like a hen with a cut throat.
24 saline is given in 24 hours and there is no need for me to say what is the pain in the injection site, when they puncture both your hands one by one with the saline syringe.
Canola saline is running in her hand, catheter's frozen body is trembling in the urinary tract.
And still with all these struggles, we have to breastfeed the new born baby and smile at the Relatives and on top of it listen to the 100 uninvited advise people and relatives around.
So, I want to ask people who age this mindset that a Woman who brings the baby to the world through C-section has no indepth connection with her child like the women who do "Normal vaginal birth" have with their newborns.
Really?
You know sometimes long after the child birth we are tired and irritated, sometimes we can't get up immediately from sitting,
we can't bend and pick up the child,
We can't lift heavy things,
We can't walk for long,
We can't stand in ques,
As the back hurts bad!!!
But still we do everything,
We have to because we are born as "Woman, and Becomes A Mother now."
And still, if you have to hear that it's simply nothing to have a caesarean section delivery,
It hurts a lot then!
Hence, please remember that whether it is — may it be a Normal delivery or a Caesarean delivery — A woman, a mother, a wife (and so many roles she plays...) has to go through pain involved in both the cases and she deserves nothing but only respect and care. ❤️

Mga halimbawang kwela sa tahanan
Kapag magulo ang bahay,
“Maghapon wala kang ginagawa?!”

Dugo't pawis aking ipupuhunan
Sa aking pamilyang iniwanan
Handog sa kanila'y kaginhawaan.
Perang ipinapadala'y kanilang inaasahan
Kagalakan sa mukha'y masisilayan
Mga pagkain hindi nila natitikman
Ngayon ako'y nandito, kanila ng malalasahan.
Pamilya ko'y nasisiyahan. pag aking natatawagan
Boses nila'y aking pinangungulilahan
Handang makipaglaban hanggang kamatayan
Sila ang aking paghahandugan
Tagumpay kong pakikipagsapalaran
Bansa kong Pinas aking babalikan

Three poems dedicated to someone special
**AWAY FROM HOME**
Dedicated to special someone
I was lying in my bed, I couldn't sleep
Suddenly tears fall down in my cheek
I'm counting on the days, how many nights to go
I want to go home to be with you.
I missed the hug, I missed the kisses
I missed the mess, I missed your sweetness
I missed the house, I missed the kitchen
Specially the place.you know what I mean..
Don't worry honey, I'll be back soon
Just be good and fight for temptation
Take care of yourself, take care of the children
One day when you wake up, I'm already
Beside you and won't leave you anymore.
**HIDDEN LOVE**
How can I tell thee....
My feelings that you cannot see
I try my best to make this flee
If you know you may avoid me
Loving you is my inspiration
Everyday you are my admiration
Even if I don't have your attention
I'm still so happy we have communication.
There are so many guys courting me
They are so handsome and very charming
But I'm still sad and lonely
Because the one I love, he only ignore me.
Every night I always pray
That you'll love me the same and you will say
Even when you are very far away
I'm always here waiting for you everyday.
**IN MY HEART IS YOU**
AS my eyes, start to wake
It is you 'd always think
Whispering the words to the wind
And sent to you my warm Hello
Every time the clock ticks
It's like my heart that beats for you
How I wish l can stop the time
So I'l be with you all the time.
When l hear your voice
lt's like a music full of melody in to my ears
Saying those words from the deep of my heart
"I love you for a million times.
So l'd thank you for being With me
Giving your time and presence too
Promise for you, I will be yours
No one to love, but only you're
Forever,"In my heart is you

How I fight with Frustration
The more I practice ignoring my frustrations rather than acting on them, the better I get at dealing with them. I'm gradually discovering that focusing on the negative rather than the good is a better use of my time and energy.
That not everyone will like me or treat me the way I'd like to be treated is becoming more and more accepted in my life.
As a result, you'll feel empty and drained after putting so much effort into winning someone over. When you don't respond to something, it doesn't mean you've accepted it; rather, it shows a willingness to rise above the situation.
That whatever I have learned from this event will be put into practice.
In this instance, the high road is the better choice. I'm aiming for tranquility since that's what I actually need. My body can't take any more stress. Nobody should ever tell me that I'm not good enough.
Contested relationships or friendships based on appearances don't interest me. Sometime the easiest way to express yourself is simply by being silent. Slowly but gradually, I'm coming to the realization that allowing someone else to have control over your emotions is a horrible decision. It doesn't matter what other people do, but you can choose how you respond to the circumstance and whether or not it has an impact on your emotional well-being. A lot about the other person can be learned through this, I'm learning.
Time has taught me that maybe the most effective weapon against those who wish to bring us down is the love and acceptance we have for ourselves. Our friends and family will always be there for us when we need them most.
People won't immediately fall in love with and respect me, and their opinions won't instantly alter, even if I react. There are times when you should just leave things be as they are and let people go instead of attempting to solve the problem, find answers, or explain yourself. To my surprise, I've come to realize that it's better to focus on my own thoughts and feelings rather than on what's going on around me. People who work hard at cultivating their sense of calm and serenity discover that one of the best ways to live a happy, successful life is to not get too worked up over the little things.
I hope you can fight your frustrations too. See you next time.
Is your wife a monster?
Make sure she doesn't turn into an evil monster.
"*You haven't turned into a monster. " Your transformation into a monster was entirely my doing.*"
**YOU ARE YOUR Wife'S REFLECTION**.
You and your spouse's relationship are shown through the children.
Wag nyo iasa sa mga babae ang pagdadala sa inyong relasyon.
***Ikaw ang leader***.
You've got to step it up!
Don't be oblivious.
Remain steadfast in your beliefs.
Don't be afraid to go the distance.
Kindness is the best policy.
Sacrifice.
Put your wife's needs first.
Make the most of her potential.
Don't break your promises.
Don't let her dreams go unfulfilled!
Don't stray from your oath of
Be a man of your word.
Hindi perfect si Po. May mga weaknesses and shortcomings din siya BUT I can boldy and confidently say that she is doing his very best.
1. **DON’T MEET HALFWAY**
Sabi nila dapat daw sa adjustment 50/50. Meet Daw sa gitna para fair. NO. As the man and the head of the family, meet her kung asan siya. Mag-aadjust siya hindi dahil napilit mo kundi she was moved by your great love for her. Wag ka na magbilang ng mga nagawa mo, sacrifices mo, etc. If you truly love her, you will do everything (whatever it takes, whatever the cost) to express that love to her.
2. **DIE TO YOURSELF**
No reservations. Give your all. Its all or nothing. Hindi pagpapaka-martyr yan. Yan talaga ang instruction ni Lord sa mga husband.
*“Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.”*
*—Ephesians 5:25*
Like what I’ve said, he is not perfect pero kahit ganun, I can say that because of her unconditional love for me, I feel like I am married to Christ.
3. **MAKE HER BEAUTIFUL**
Don’t provoke her. Alamin mo mga pet peeves nya. Know what breaks her heart and do your best na wag magawa ang mga bagay na yun. Lumalabas ang mga panget naming ugali when our couple don’t listen. Nagiging bitter kami, rebellious, selfish, war freak, impatient at kung ano-ano pa.
Make her beautiful inside by leading her closer to GOD. Pray for her and with her. Find and connect to a spiritual family/community where you can both grow in your relationship with GOD. Read the Bible together. Be a man of faith.
Make her beautiful physically. How? Wag mo alilain at katulungin. Wag ibigay sa kanya ang responsibility ng pag-pprovide financially for the family, kung tumulong siya thank her BUT don’t make her feel na parang wala na siyang choice. It is your responsibility not hers.
4. **BE A DAD**
Everyone can be a Father but not everyone can be a Dad. Dalawa kayong mag-alaga, mag-turo, mag-disiplina, gumabay at mag-asikaso sa mga anak ninyo. Don’t be an absentee father.
Look at your wife now.
***Monster*** na ba siya?
Slow progress
Hello rc friends I miss a lot. Here's my slow progress
Slowly, I'm learning that there are times when I don't have to respond to everything that annoys me. Every terrible thing that happens to me is draining my energy, and I can't notice the other beautiful things in life because I'm so focused on reacting to it all.
There will be people who don't like me and I won't be able to get them to treat me the way I want, and that's okay.
There is no point in attempting to win somebody over since it is a waste of time and energy, and it only leaves you feeling empty. When I don't respond, I'm simply choosing to rise above the situation rather than letting it affect me.
As a result, I've decided to apply what I've learned.
I've made the decision to be the bigger person. For the sake of my own sanity, I've decided to go with the option I really want. There's already enough drama going on in my life. No one should ever have the audacity to tell me that I'm not good enough for them.
No need for argumentative exchanges or phony bonds for me. I'm gradually realizing that in some cases, silence conveys more than words. Responding to things that anger you gives someone else control over your emotions, something I'm slowly coming to terms with. Your response, how you handle it, how you interpret it and the amount of it that is taken personally are all under your control. A lot of the time these circumstances say nothing about you, but a lot about the other person.
What I'm beginning to see is that maybe all of these disappointments are there to help us learn to love ourselves so that we can defend ourselves against those who would seek to bring us down. Whenever someone try to undermine our self-esteem or make us feel useless, they will be there for us to lean on.
There is another lesson I'm learning: Even if I react, it won't make anyone love or respect me, or change their beliefs. There are times when it's best to let things be as they are, to let people go, and to not battle for closure, to not ask for explanations, or to not pursue answers. In the long run, I'm coming to see that it's best to focus on your own inner journey rather than what's going on around you. You'll learn that the key to a happy and healthy existence is not overreacting to anything that irritates you when you work on improving yourself and your inner calm.
Getting better
Good day readers. I miss you all.. I know it's been a while since then, i hope that you're safe and okay.
I'm getting better at learning to ignore frustrations rather than acting on them immediately. Slowly but surely, I'm realizing that dwelling on the negative rather than the positive is a better use of my time and resources.
I'm beginning to accept the fact that not everyone will like me, and that not everyone will treat me the way I'd like to be treated.
Trying so hard to 'win' somebody is a waste of time and energy that leaves you feeling empty. Slowly but surely, I'm learning that choosing not to react to something doesn't imply you accept it; rather, it indicates you've decided to rise above it.
This experience has taught me a valuable lesson, so I intend to apply it.
In this case, I'd rather take the high road. What I really need is serenity, therefore that's what I'm going for. I can't handle any more tension. The last thing I need is for someone to tell me I'm not good enough.
I have no use for conflicts, drama, or superficial friendships. I've come to realize that sometimes the best way to communicate is to use silence. Slowly but surely, I'm realizing that giving someone else control over your emotions by reacting to things that hurt you is a bad idea. Even if you have no say over what other people do, you do have a say over how you react, how you choose to perceive the situation, and how much of it you let affect you emotionally. It's not about you, and it says a lot about the other person, I'm slowly discovering.
With time, I've come to realize that perhaps life's setbacks are designed to help us learn to love ourselves, which is the best defense against those who would want to tear us down. When others try to break our resolve or make us feel unimportant, they will be there to save us.
Even if I react, I'm discovering, it won't make a difference; people won't suddenly love and respect me, and their opinions won't miraculously change. Sometimes it's best to let things be as they are and let people go rather than try to force resolution, find answers, or explain yourself. Slowly but surely, I'm learning that it's best to focus on what's going on inside me rather than on the world outside. If you put in the time and effort to cultivate your sense of calm and serenity, you will learn that the key to a successful and fulfilling life is to avoid getting worked up about every little thing that goes wrong.
How i wish i had 3 lives/revival after death
People might take more risks if everyone had three lives, but the maximum lifespan remained the same.
If this were to happen, people would be able to better understand why they died the first time around. As a result, fewer people would die as a result of people sharing what led to their death.
It would be a lot easier to conduct dangerous experiments. Emergency surgery surgeons may not be as terrified if they know the patient will survive even if they fail.
Even though stillborn children have two lives, they may be viewed as crippled by society.
When people are brought back to life, there will be a lot more investigation into what causes this.
As a result, fights to the death have become three times more difficult.
In the event that your planet is blown up and there is no place for you to survive, you are likely to perish.
Everyone has a substantially longer life expectancy.
Whether or whether there is **life after death is an eternal question.**
Life after death cannot be discovered by scientists. Science cannot measure anything other than the accepted physical standards of life after death.
It's not enough to take a cursory look at the human race or the planet's vegetation and animals. Take a closer look at how cells and the body's systems function together.
**In order to understand how this all came to be, you must ask yourself: How did the universe begin?**
Man cannot create something from nothing, according to scientific evidence. How did the universe begin?
I firmly believe in the existence of a higher power. You can't even begin to comprehend how He created the cosmos or the workings of your own body.
In the absence of evidence, faith is the belief and trust in something. That you know that you know that you know something is genuine. A matter of the heart.
Things happened in my life that I couldn't understand that were right in front of my eyes. It was a mystery to me until I started looking for an answer. After years of searching and studying, I can now see the proof that there is a real, transcendent God.
When I die, I will be with Him forever.
Something supernatural behind?
Every single time without fail. In addition to this, they can be found in a vast array of different forms and dimensions, including those of living creatures as well as those from other dimensions.
Sometimes I'll receive a clear impression of what's going on, such as when I watch a person or animal move or when I observe myself sitting on the bed. On the other hand, there have been times when the energy in my home or in my room has shifted due to the presence of other people. My astrological sign, Taurus, has given me a long and illustrious history of expressing my feelings in a wide variety of methods over the years. Because I am an empath, which gives me the ability to feel what the living go through, I am able to get a sense of what the people who are considered to be dead went through. This enables me to do my job as a medium. Although this is the case, the assertion appears to be made in a clear manner.
It is a proven fact that people will try to convince you otherwise due to their own insecurities, and because of this, it is more vital than ever for me to believe in myself and the things that I have experienced than it has ever been for me to do so in the past. Since the year 2000, I've gained a greater awareness of their existence; nevertheless, I haven't shared much about it due to the fact that I've had a great deal of encounters with the supernatural during the course of my life. When the planet goes through transitions, more and more people will become aware of the different realms that are out there, which will result in an increase in the number of people who have these talents and who are curious about activating connections. After that, the curtain will be pulled back, and you will have the opportunity to encounter more ghosts, spirits, or whatever you like to name them.
Is something be **something**?

Could I write the saddest lines?
Tonight, I'll be able to scribble the most heartbreaking lines.
Write, for example, "The night is shattered and the blue stars tremble in the distance."
Even at night, you can hear it singing.
Tonight, I'll be able to scribble the most heartfelt of lines.
Her affection for me was reciprocated by her.
For nights like this, I held her in my arms and kissed her under the night sky as we sat in silence.
Both of us adored each other at times.
You couldn't help but be enamored by her huge, hypnotic blue eyes.
The saddest lines are coming out of me now.
And to think that I'm the only one who's ever known about her... That sinking feeling I get when I think about how much I miss her.
Listening to the vast night, which is much more vast without her.
The poem falls to the soul like dew on a green field.
What does it matter if my love was unable to keep her.
Her absence from my life has left the night in ruins.
This concludes the conversation. Singing can be heard from afar in a park. It's not too far off.
It's hard for me to accept that she's gone from my life.
In my mind, I'm searching for her, as if I wanted to meet her face-to-face.
My heart is searching for her, but she is not with me....
Same night, same trees bleaching.
Since then, we've evolved into different people.
Sure, I no longer adore her, but my goodness, how I used to adore her.
My voice searched for a gust of wind to reach her eardrums and grab her attention.
Another's. One day, she'll be someone else's, too. As with my previous kisses.
There was something in her tone. Bright, glowing skin on her. It was as though she had a single set of eyes.
In spite of my feelings for her, I'm not sure if I love her any more.
Because love is so fleeting, forgetting is so perilous.
Because of evenings like this one, when I held her in my arms, my soul is still not satisfied that she is gone.
But even if it's my final torment, these are the last lyrics I compose for her and the last suffering she inflicts on me.
Please forget me
When I'm dead and long gone,
Think of me, forget me.
He said this to her new girlfriend.
Hoping for good time till the end.
He laughed and he smiled,
Nodding his head all the while.
"When I'm dead and long gone,
Sing for me, forget me not."
He spoke this to his wife.
Wishing for luck to come their way.
He nodded his head and kissed his lips,
Loving each and every moment like this.
"When I'm dead and long gone,
Laugh with me, forget me not."
He whispered this to the new father,
Watching him hold their new little daughter.
With tear of joy in his chocolate brown eyes,
He kissed her soundly, smiling bright.
Dance for me, forget me not.
He said to her, both old in age,
Celebrating their grandson's birthday today.
He took her lovingly into his arms,
Humming whilst keeping her safe and warm.
Always remember, forget me not.
He said to her, lying sick in bed,
A heavy fever upon his head.
She laid down beside him, holding his hand,
Praying for a healing touch to land.
But, on that Sunday, in late May,
He was there... lying as if in sleep.
She stood there, caressing his cheek in dismay,
Wanting him back in her arms, gentle and sweet.
And, knowing she wouldn't come back, she knelt down,
Her head positioned in a bow...
"You may be dead and soon to be long gone,
But I'll see you there, I've forgotten you not."
Since those words, the years have flown by,
The sun and clouds still grace the sky.
In the field of lilacs, where they buried her,
Another stone sits beside the other.
Linked by a chain made of flowers,
Those that were picked by their daughter,
A single verse stands out as if on an alter...
"When I'm dead and long gone,
Think of me, forget me not."
To this day, the words shine in the sun.
Glittering rapidly as though the couple were having fun.
You'll notice something else if you look.
Pretty little flowers kept within the nook.
There are no lilies or roses in this spot
Wait
Wait for someone respectful, not only in the beginning stages of the relationship when things are bright and beautiful, but also when things get hard. Wait for someone who respects your boundaries and does not force you to do things that you’re not willing or ready to do.
Wait for someone who is giving and does not keep count of the good things they do for you.
Wait for someone who challenges you mentally. Someone who inspires you to be a better person.
Wait for someone who takes their time to learn and understand you.
Wait for someone who is consistent with their efforts in showing you how much they care about you.
Wait for someone who wants to be part of your world, and wants you to be part of theirs.
Wait for someone who lets you know you’re on their mind, someone who checks in on you, someone who wants you to know that they care for you.
Wait for someone who is willing to commit to you, someone who is willing to choose you.
Wait for someone who makes love feel easy, calm. Like coming home.
Wait for someone sincere. Someone who doesn’t confuse you because their actions match their words. Wait for someone honest.
Wait for someone who does their absolute best to not hurt you, someone who strives to protect your heart.
Wait for someone who will choose you over and over and over again. Love is a choice you make every single day. You deserve to find the kind of person who shows up for what you share, someone who believes in it.
Wait for someone who’s not perfect, but rather, real. Perfect is an illusion. Real is where you find something rare and special.
Wait for someone who reminds you that love was always meant to be soft.
Then I will Wait for you at comment section below.
The past days I have learnt
I've learnt that you can't force love.
You can only be loved.
It's up to them.
No matter how much I care, some folks just don't care.
Trust takes years to create, but just seconds to break.
I've learnt that it's not about what you have.
I've discovered that charm lasts about fifteen minutes.
Then **you should know something**.
I've learnt not to compare myself to others, but to my own abilities.
I've learnt that it's not about what happens to people. It's what they do.
I've learnt that there are always two sides to something.
I've learnt that being the person I want to be takes time.
I've discovered that reacting is easier than thinking.
I've learned to always leave loved ones with affection.
It may be your last encounter.
This is a lesson I've learned: never give up.
I've learnt that no matter how we feel, we are responsible for our actions.
I've learnt to control my attitude or it rules me.
I've learnt that heroes are those who do what needs to be done, no matter the repercussions.
I've discovered that **forgiving** takes practice.
There are those who truly care about you but don't know how to express it.
I've learnt that **money** is a bad scorekeeper.
I've learnt that my best friend and I can do anything and still have fun.
I've discovered that those who you expect to kick you when you're down can actually assist you get up.
I've learnt that true friendship endures across long distances.
So is **true love**.
Someone who doesn't love you the way you want them to doesn't love you with all their heart.
I've learnt that maturity is more about life events and lessons acquired than birthdays.
I've learnt not to tell a child their dreams are impossible.
What a disaster if they believed it.
I've learnt that family isn't always there. It's ironic, but strangers can love you and teach you to trust again.
Families don't exist.
I've learned that no matter how excellent a friend is, they will occasionally hurt you and you must forgive them.
I've realized that others' forgiveness isn't always enough.
**You must learn to forgive yourself.**
I've learnt that the world doesn't stop for your broken heart.
I've learnt that our upbringing and circumstances shape who we are, but we are responsible for our choices.
I've learnt that just because two individuals disagree doesn't imply they don't love each other.
I've learned to prioritize people over deeds.
I've learned not to alter pals if we accept that friends change.
Observation is a skill that allows us to observe the world in new ways.
I've learnt that there are numerous paths to love.
I've discovered that being honest with oneself gets you further in life.
I've learnt that strangers may change your life in a matter of hours.
I've learnt that even when you believe you can't give anymore, you may find the strength to aid a friend.
Writing, like talking, can help ease emotional discomfort.
I've learnt that our current worldview is not the only option.
I've learnt that credentials don't make you a decent person.
I've learnt that the ones you love are stolen from you far too quickly.
I've learnt that while the word "love" has numerous connotations, overuse diminishes its worth.
I've learnt that it's difficult to balance being kind and not offending others with sticking up for your beliefs.
Behavioral rules towards social activity that could unite us
Do not call the same person twice in a row. Assume they're occupied with something important if they don't answer the phone.
Return borrowed funds before the person who provided them to you forgets or seeks it. It reflects your character and honesty. Examples include umbrellas, pens, and lunch packs.
Never order the most expensive meal on the menu when someone offers you lunch or dinner.
Don't ask, 'Oh, so you haven't married yet?' 'You don't have any children, do you?' or 'Why didn't you buy a house?' Why don't you go out and purchase a vehicle? For the love of God, it isn't your problem.
Always keep the door open for anybody coming from behind. It doesn't matter if the individual is a senior or a junior. It does not make you tiny to treat someone decently in public.
If you're in a taxi with a friend and he or she pays now, think about paying later.
Different points of view are valued. Keep in mind that what you view as a 6 will look to someone facing you as a 9. Furthermore, a second opinion is a viable option.
Never interrupt someone who is speaking. Allow them to empty the container. As they say, hear them all and filter them all.
If someone doesn't seem to appreciate it, stop teasing them and don't do it again. It inspires you to work harder and expresses your thanks;
Say "***thank you"*** when someone helps you.
Openly compliment. critique privately;
There's almost never a decent reason to comment on someone's weight. Simply state, "You look fantastic." If they want to, they'll talk about losing weight.
When someone hands you a snapshot on their phone, don't swipe left or right. What happens next is never predictable.
If a coworker tells you they have a doctor's appointment, don't ask why; just say, **"I hope you're fine.**" Don't put them in the difficult position of having to tell you about their personal illness. They will tell you without your asking if they want you to know anything.
Treat the cleaner with the respect that he or she deserves. Nobody cares how badly you treat someone in your position, but if you treat them with respect, they will notice.
When someone is speaking directly to you, staring at your phone is impolite.
Never give advice unless you've been asked;
If you're meeting someone for the first time, wait until they exhibit an interest before asking their age or salary.
Mind your own business and stay out of it unless something directly impacts you.
Remove your sunglasses if you're talking to someone on the street. It's a considerate gesture. It is more important to maintain eye contact than to communicate, and
Never boast about your riches in front of the poor. Similarly, avoid raising your children when pregnant.
After reading an amazing message, try to say "*Thank you for the message*."
**APPRECIATION** is still the most straightforward way to obtain what you lack....
If I do not wake up tomorrow morning
When the day begins **without me**, I'll be devastated.
I'm not there to witness it, either.
If the sun rises and you're crying for me,
I wish you didn't cry so much.
As you did today, thinking of all the things we didn't get to say.
I know you love me as much as I do, and I know you'll miss me every time you think of me.
But please try to understand that when tomorrow begins **without me**, an angel came and called my name, took my hand in his, and told me that my seat in paradise was ready, and that I'd have to leave behind all those I passionately love.
However, as I began to walk away, something happened.
My eye bled.
I'd always believed that I didn't want to die throughout my life.
It seemed almost unbelievable that I was leaving you because I had so much to live for and so much to do.
All of yesterdays came to mind.
I remembered all of the love we had and all of the pleasure we had, both good and terrible.
If I could go back in time and do it all over again, I would.
I'd say my goodbyes and kiss you, hoping to see you smile even if it was just for a brief moment.
But then I knew that this was never going to happen, because emptiness and memories would take my place.
And as I thought of worldly things that I could miss tomorrow, I thought of you, and my heart sank.
When God gazed down and smiled at me from His huge golden throne, I felt so much at home as I stepped through heaven's gates.
"This is eternity, and I've promised you everything," he explained.
Your earthly life is over now, yet life begins again here.
There will be no tomorrow, but today will always exist, and there will be no nostalgia for the past because each day is the same.
You've been so dependable, so trustworthy, and so trustworthy.
You did certain things you shouldn't have done at times.
But you've been pardoned, and you're free at long last.
So, ***why don't you take my hand in yours and share my life with me***?
So don't imagine we're far away when tomorrow begins without me; I'll be right here, in your heart, every time you think of me.
Be careful, Real education
Your education does not end in School, you can have an MBA and a PHD but still be broke and miserable, fail in life as well as in trading. These are just textbook knowledge, and with that being said, you should not use these what you call "***credentials***" to show that you are smarter than the rest and think that you are well above others.
Real education comes from your constant curiosity to the world, and being able to adapt to different sources of information, it could be through experiences in things that most people would not dare to look and try, if you limit yourself to your credentials, your school, then you will not grow, your knowledge will be limited and that's not being smart.
If you can see it, most successful people in the world does not have a degree, or their degree has nothing to do with their success, but indeed they are living a very successful life, because they have figured out what they want, and they did figure out things early,
it's all about your **passion** and committed **dedication** that will bring you to that next level. Stop limiting yourself to basic knowledge and add more wisdom to yourself, always look for answers. because there are unlimited sources and opportunities waiting for you.
"Be curious and breakaway folks"
Dreaming: I won a lottery
Let's imagine I won $20 million in the lotto, after taxes.
To begin, not even my closest friends would know about my gains. This is a surefire way to create more problems in the future.
I would immediately save $500,000 to pay for a top undergraduate and medical school education. There is no reason why I should decline the opportunity to retire with the money. Because I aspire to live a normal life with a normal family and have the security of a stable income. So why not? I've always had a strong interest in medical.
As long as I'm still in high school, I'd gladly part with my hard-earned cash in order to spend it on items that would enhance my quality of life and make it more enjoyable. Would you like to go to supper with me? A new Acura or Mercedes SUV would be a good investment for me. A good set of golf clubs.. Rolex or something of the sort is possible. During the summers of high school and college, I'd also set away some money to take my family on nice vacations. All of this, plus the $500,000 in educational expenses, comes to nearly $1 million.
I now have a medical degree and $19 million in the bank. When the time is right, I hope to begin my own private practice. That'll cost us $500,000.
Likewise, I'd prefer not to fork over any cash if I can avoid it. I don't want to pay interest on a mortgage, so I'll spend $1.5 million on a lakefront home. If we're dreaming, we can also buy a $200,000 family boat for weekend use.
In my ideal situation, my pay would cover all of my living expenditures, travel, and vehicle expenses, including my car(s). We have $16.8 million in the bank. ' For an undisturbed emergency fund, I'll put around $2 million into the pot.
For the remaining $15 million, I've come up with an intriguing plan. In the suburbs of Houston, Dallas, Oklahoma City, St. Louis, and other Midwestern cities, you may find well-maintained homes for around $250,000 each. After taxes and costs, I would be able to buy 55 properties with this $15 million.
Why would I use the balance of my savings to buy 55 properties in the suburbs? Rental properties are in high demand in these areas. There is little doubt that a well-maintained home of this kind would rent for $2,300 a month. Consider a 10% management charge, which works out to $2,070 per month for each home. About $115,000 each month works up to about $900,000 a year after income and property taxes. A constant $900,000 income will be waiting for me when I retire after 20 years of owning the properties. For the rest of their life, my family could benefit from this. It's a smart financial move.
Sudden attack of insomnia
I've always had sleeplessness.
Sleep deprivation runs in my family, so I know it's genetic.
I am also blessed with an extremely passionate and quickly stimulated disposition.
It's hard to transform oneself.
As a result of who I am, insomnia is tough for me to “cure” or simply manage. As such, it necessitates a change in myself.
In other words, if you want a quick answer with “insomnia hacks”, search elsewhere.
These things help me sleep better.
Caffeine-free. I have one cup of coffee in the morning and then avoid it for the rest of the day. Caffeine hides in unexpected places, so I always read labels.
I'm avoiding sugar. My personal experience is that the less sugar I eat, the better I sleep. I wish I could say this made me give up sugar, but no.
Routine exercise I need to be mentally and not physically fatigued. I must be exhausted. When I'm brain-weary, she convinces me I'm too fatigued to exercise. My brain now tells me to go to the gym when it says “take a break! You're too tired”.
I do yoga. Deep breathing and yoga poses help me control my anxiety and tension.
I avoid light and technology while I'm in bed. I'm bad at this since I'm addicted to my phone. It makes me feel connected. Don't do it.
My phone's light is on night mode 24 hours a day. This is only to cheer me up. I'm not saying it works, but it feels nicer on my eyes.
I try to relax early. I don't do anything that bothers me. A thrilling TV show is a good example. It disturbs my sleep and dreams.
It all seeps into my dreams.
I monitor my health. I have regular medical checkups and watch for recurring issues like thyroid hormone variations.
I have a good mattress and pillows. My room is mostly silent, dark, and cool. There is no way I work in bed, and I have never had a TV in my room.
Can't sleep, get up. Walking around my dark flat, I find a quiet place and read something that isn't on a screen. I inhale deeply. I do relaxing yoga poses.
I try not to be stimulated, which reminds me that I am.
On the living room floor at 3 a.m., trying to take deep abdominal breaths with my legs up against the wall, I realize I am becoming increasingly weird.
Over the years, I've made severe lifestyle adjustments that distance me from everything that keeps me awake at night.
While I recognize that sometimes being kept awake is unavoidable, I always ask myself what I can do to improve my sleep.
Maybe I'm in the wrong job if it disturbs my sleep. It's worth examining.
This analysis keeps me awake. Maybe it's a night gained rather than lost.
My behavior is also selected in the same way. Guilt, shame, and regret are nocturnal. What can I do to keep them away?
When I sleep better, I know my life is going well. Maybe that's why I got insomnia. It means something has to be modified.
Sleep is the canary in my life's coal mine.
2 things I have learned the past days
***Sleep is the key***
If I were to generalize, I think one of society’s biggest goals in life is to be happy – and many have misunderstood it to be a final event that’s influenced by how much money we have. And so, we go to great lengths to make money. As someone who was raised in poverty, I resonate with this idea and understand the importance of hard work, especially if you’re underprivileged.
Nevertheless, regardless of our positions, many of us will slave away to make more money for most of our lives. We understand that it provides security, and many also believe that it creates freedom in the form of happiness. While money gives us options, we often learn that despair remains a prevalent theme throughout our lives, regardless of our bank balance.
Hustle culture has put great emphasis on hard work, to the extent many will neglect their well-being to raise activity, even if it doesn’t lead to greater productivity. And our biggest compromise is sleep.
Without sleep, we can be around but not alert or fully present (which is dangerous during activities like driving). Furthermore, sleep deprivation increases anxiety, stress, mental health problems, respiratory issues, weight gain, and other health risks (e.g. diabetes and heart disease). Healing, rejuvenation and high vibrations are pretty difficult without quality sleep. A lack of sleep hinders your ability to manifest a flamboyant life and flourish as you are.
You may think sleep is costly, but a lack of sleep is even more expensive. So many of us are saving for a future that isn’t guaranteed by giving up rest. However, a lack of sleep inhibits creativity and productivity – and often takes us away from the present moment, which is the only time we experience. And it comes with risk. For example, if you manage to make it to a future event you saved up for, you may not be able to enjoy it at the capacity you wanted, due to poor health. Or you might have to use the money you saved on improving your health.
So here’s your reminder to make essential rest and recovery a priority, not just the things you consume and build into your routines.
***BUSINESS MINDSET***
Jack Ma once said, 'When Selling to close friends and family, no matter how much you're selling to them, they will always feel you're earning their money, no matter how cheap you sell to them, they still wouldn't appreciate it.'
There will always be people who do not care about your Costs, Time, Effort, they rather let other people cheat them, allowing others to earn, then supporting someone they know. Cause in their heart, they will always be thinking, 'How much did he earn from me?' instead of "How much did he SAVE/MAKE for me?"
***This is a classic example of a poor person's mentality!***
How did the rich people become rich? One of the main reason is because they are willing to SUPPORT their associates business, taking care of one another's interests thus naturally they get back more.
Your Friends will in turn support you, thus the circle of wealth continues to grow and grow!
***Simple*** Logic, you will start to get rich once you understand it.
Jack Ma on Sales: 'When doing Sales, the first people who will trust you will be Strangers, Friends will be shielding against you, fair-weather friends will distance from you. Family will look down upon you.'
The day you finally succeed, paying the bill for every get-together dinner, entertainment, you will realised: Everyone else is present except the Strangers.
**Do you get the meaning of this?**
We need to treat our dear Strangers better! And even more so to Friends who know what you are doing and yet still SUPPORT you!
Let us treat ***STRANGERS*** who buys from us better from today. They are your BEST customers!
The real problem
Hi there it's been awhile.
The problem is;
We look for someone to grow old together,
While the secret is to find someone to stay a child with!
(Charles Bukowski)
What does Love mean to 4-8 year old kids?
Slow down for a few minutes to read this...💕
A group of professional people posed this question to a group of 4 to 8 year-olds, 'What does love mean?' The answers they got were broader, deeper, and more profound than anyone could have ever imagined!
'When my grandmother got arthritis, she couldn't bend over and paint her toenails anymore...
So my grandfather does it for her all the time, even when his hands got arthritis too.
That's love.' Rebecca - age 8
'When someone loves you, the way they say your name is different. You just know that your name is safe in their mouth.' Billy - age 4
'Love is when a girl puts on perfume and a boy puts on shaving cologne and they go out and smell each other.' Karl - age 5
'Love is when you go out to eat and give somebody most of your French fries without making them give you any of theirs.' Chrissy - age 6
'Love is what makes you smile when you're tired.' Terri - age 4
'Love is when my mommy makes coffee for my daddy and she takes a sip before giving it to him,
to make sure the taste is OK.' Danny - age 8
'Love is what's in the room with you at Christmas if you stop opening presents and just listen.'
Bobby - age 7 (Wow!)
'If you want to learn to love better, you should start with a friend who you hate.' Nikka - age 6
(we need a few million more Nikka's on this planet)
'Love is when you tell a guy you like his shirt,
then he wears it every day.' Noelle - age 7
'Love is like a little old woman and a little old man who are still friends even after they know each other so well.' Tommy - age 6
'During my piano recital, I was on a stage and I was scared. I looked at all the people watching me and saw my daddy waving and smiling.
He was the only one doing that.
I wasn't scared anymore.' Cindy - age 8
'My mommy loves me more than anybody.
You don't see anyone else kissing me to sleep at night.' Clare - age 6
'Love is when Mommy gives Daddy the best piece of chicken.' Elaine - age 5
'Love is when Mommy sees Daddy smelly and sweaty and still says he is handsomer than Robert Redford.' Chris - age 7
'Love is when your puppy licks your face even after you left him alone all day.' Mary Ann - age 4
'I know my older sister loves me because she gives me all her old clothes and has to go out and buy new ones.' Lauren - age 4
'When you love somebody, your eyelashes go up and down and little stars come out of you.'
(what an image!) Karen - age 7
'Love is when Mommy sees Daddy on the toilet and she doesn't think it's gross...' Mark - age 6
'You really shouldn't say 'I love you' unless you mean it. But if you mean it, you should say it a lot.
People forget.' Jessica - age 8
And the final one: The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife.
Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there. When his mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said, 'Nothing, I just helped him cry.'
(this made me cry!)
Now, take a few seconds and post this for others to inspire and spread Love like butter!
And then go be a child again today!
Is it normal to talk myself?
***I talk to myself all the time. When I'm at home, I do it every day. When I leave the house, I put on my headphones, wander about, and hold full-blown discussions with myself out in the open. Does this mean there's a problem here?***
What I can tell you is that this behavior isn't completely out of the ordinary. Some people talk to themselves more than others, but it's not unusual for people to talk to themselves in detail or regularly.
My favorite thing about it is that I can never help but do it. Why some people do this is a mystery to me. I've been known to wander around in circles in my room while I'm daydreaming or conversing with myself.
It aids my concentration and gives me extra energy, both of which I greatly appreciate. However, I feel depleted of all energy when I have to report to work. My introversion may be to blame (introverts get their energy from being alone and thinking a lot).
While this may sound a little cringe-inducing, for me, it's just the way I go about things. Most of the time, I speak alone to myself, but there are instances when I do so in front of an audience. This is something I've been doing since I was approximately seven years old, and it's something I do a lot. I notice that I usually do it when I’m walking to places, like my movement helps my brain think of stuff to say or invent scenarios to spew forth. Sometimes I just want to get up, go outside, and walk around my backyard to get rid of scenarios and ideas that have been building up in my head for a while. Also, depending on what I’m talking about, I have to be wandering around a certain spot in my backyard, or else it doesn’t feel right.
When I talk about them, it feels like I'm painting a picture, as if I'm describing something. My mom and siblings constantly notice this when I’m outside talking, and they don’t really mind it--but of course they think it’s odd, and I do, too. Of course it is. It's not a horrible thing, but I have to realize that it's just who I am.
As long as it isn’t interfering with your regular life, school, career, relationships, and general success, it actually isn’t that horrible at all. I'd urge you to get professional help if that's the case. Other than that, you are fine as you are. Everyone has a unique personality. There is no "average" human being. What exactly constitutes "**normal**"?

We need you to be who you are
"A man and his wife took a trip to the zoo," the woman recalled. They came upon a Monkey who was engrossed in a passionate embrace with his mate. She complimented him on his "romantic animal" qualities.
As a result, they came across a lone lion and his female companion, who appeared to have been separated from each other. His wife told him, "What a depressing scene without love."
He then instructed her to throw the stone at the Lioness and see what happened. As soon as she hurled the stone, the Lion roared in defense of his lioness, then she was asked to repeat it with the monkey, the monkey climbed up and abandoned his girlfriend to save himself.
His wife was then warned by her husband, "Don't be mislead by what you see as romance in outward display; often times it is a deceptive appearance simply to disguise an empty heart; there are others on the contrary who are relaxed but their hearts are full of real love."
Currently, there are a lot of monkeys in the shadows, but very few Lions."
It's not necessary for you to be someone else for us to be happy. We need you to be who you are. You are the only person in the world who has had the same experiences as you. You're one-of-a-kind. You're one of a kind. No one else can speak with the same passion and originality that you do, and no one else can write or listen to or create in the same manner that you do. \s
One of your biggest strengths is your ability to succeed. So are your mistakes. As a result of your wounds and scars Congratulations on all of your accomplishments. Rejections and the path you've taken since. These are the things that define you as an individual. \s
It's a never-ending quest to improve your abilities as a creative person. It's not easy, but the trip is what makes it worthwhile.. \s
Put down the comparisons with other people's stories. You are so much better than the people with whom you keep up a virtual or real-life comparison. In God's image and likeness, you were made, and he has great plans for you. When you're constantly comparing yourself to others, you're depriving yourself of the opportunity to build something new for yourself. \s
As far as we're concerned, we're not worthy of comparison to those who boast of their achievements. They aren't intelligent when they compare themselves to themselves and measure themselves against themselves." 2 Corinthians " 10:12 \s
In a world filled with impostors, be a Christ-like example to others. He will straighten out your trajectories.
How I fall into a deep hole
I'm telling you, there will be the most **heartbreaking moments of your life.** You will find yourself wanting to go home amidst the day even though you're working just because you want to breakdown.
You will find your cup of coffee getting cold beside your plate because you got lost with your thoughts, knowing it's your own way of escaping from reality for a while. You will find the love songs sound bitter and it's okay if you don't listen to them for a while.
You will find romantic movies as a bunch of lies and it will take time before you probably get in the loop again when it comes to romance and that's okay. You will find the silence of the nights as a sign to reminisce those memories and later on, your tears will surely flow like a flood, kissing your pillows, and it will break you once again. You will find yourself in doubts if you're really capable of loving, asking what went wrong and why you weren't enough, and dear, it will make you pick up your pieces without anyone behind your back.
But I'm telling you, there will be the perfect morning where you'll wake up and the pains already go away. There will be a perfect afternoon where the thought of him won't bother you anymore and it will feel so right.
There will be a night where you'll realize you're being too much on yourself and that's when the time that you'll decide to love yourself more. **You will soon find yourself forgiving those who caused you a lot of aches**. That broken heart of yours will become whole again, stronger than what it was before. And just like you, you will be stronger, keeping all the experiences and lessons you learned from the past.
**You will fall for now**. Maybe, you will distance yourself and not let anyone help you. You will not say a thing and will just keep all your feelings with you. You will even laugh even though it hurts. You will smile with the saddest look in your eyes. You will answer you're okay even though you're not. You will pretend like everything's okay. You will guard yourself. You will hide from people.
And that's okay. ***Take your time. You don't have to say a thing.***
*Those people who were with you before will still be here today and until the day you get up again.*
We'll wait for you.
Letter to myself
Dear self,
I understand you. I know that you're exhausted and that level of exhaustion is far beyond from what your crates of energy could handle. All those times you struggle to think clearly or times you struggle even on simplest or basic things, those are the times you just want to sit under the shower or isolate yourself in your room to cry everything. I know that there are times you don't want to respond to messages or times you just want to cover your ears to know what peace or quite really mean.
You've been working so hard to pick up your scattered broken pieces and to calm down all the things that keeps you up all night. You keep on trying to fill up the empty spaces in your heart not knowing that there are times that you tried so hard to the extent that you're being too hard to yourself. I am sorry for being so hard to you. I am sorry for making you feel so small and make you work hard to be better right away.
I know that it's been a long time since the last time you felt so happy when you wake up. Maybe because I let you sleep completely today without worrying what time you should get up. I now know that sometimes you just really need a rest —a break from all the things that messes your mind and breaks your heart. Let's start again from small treats for you. A nap, a treat for your achievements, good food to cheer you up and self compliments to boost your confidence.
Self, I seem to not find time to tell you how proud I am to you, but please know that I am so proud of what you are now. And now, I just want to hug you. To tap your shoulder and tell you that you did great today. You let yourself rest, finished all your tasks and you also watched series of your favourite actor.
And if someone tells you that you're not enough even if you tried so hard, don't believe them. You are loved. You are enough. Things that other people say about you doesn't define you and your worth. You define you. Please know that you don't need to try so hard. Mistakes shouldn't be meant that you don't do well. And the pain you're feeling is not your fault. You are not your pain either. Nothing is quick fix. What's more important is that you're trying and you're still here.
Keep going self, I know you'll go places and you'll leave a mark of your love and sincerity.
I am so proud of you.

Maybe it's time to say goodbye RC
In the same way that you are, I'm unable to get excited about anything ranging from schoolwork to social events. For the past three months, I've been watching a lot of videos on YouTube and episodes of television shows, and I'm quite sure I'm hooked. In the college, I've only been able to devote four hours a day to prepare for a competitive exam because of my obsession.
My own health began to deteriorate as well.
*I made the decision a week ago to put everything on hold so that I could devote myself only to my education and physical condition.*
While attempting to study for an exam on my first day of classes early in the morning, I quickly discovered that I was unable to keep my mind on the task because I was distracted by one of the television series I had been watching. After trying unsuccessfully for an hour, my mind wandered back to the show, and I could not concentrate.
Their personality, knowledge, accomplishments, and everything else about them endeared them to me. I was awestruck! I couldn't stop thinking about, It was at that very moment that I realized just how dependent I had become.
After putting in a lot of effort, I finally gave up and broke down in tears when I got home.
**I couldn't believe what I was seeing**.
I spent much of the day dozing off after finishing reading readcash.
On the second day, I was so overwhelmed by the amount of work I had to do that I wept myself to sleep. However, I was able to complete some homework in the afternoon. (It's better than doing nothing). I also went for a long stroll in the evening, with the same things running through my head. I couldn't take it anymore, so I stopped communicating with everyone. I contemplated self-harm to make things easier, but it wouldn't have altered anything; instead, they would have gotten worse. Everything had lost its appeal to me: eating, sleeping, learning, and even smiling had faded from my memory. In front of me was a long, dark tunnel
On Google, I asked the identical question that I had previously asked, and was disappointed ( Blaming myself for everything though majority was my fault).
What worked best for me after reading through many answers and doing nearly all of them?
*30-minute run/jog in the fresh air.*
*Before retiring to sleep, spend 10 minutes meditating.*
*Achieving long-term, intermediate-term, and short-term objectives*
*Not being able to help but smile.*
It's been four days, and while I haven't fully healed, I do feel much better. I'm doing everything I can to meet your expectations! Maybe I will comeback. Hope so.
I hope this information was helpful to you. I wish you every success. You can do it.
Learning to keep calm in the amidst of uncertainties
Allow me to introduce you to life's ultimate weapon: your mind.
**Everything is literally relative to your perspective, and there is not a single thing in this world that is entirely negative, so brace yourself, this is going to get wild.**
Assume you're in a difficult circumstance. Your ride from work did not arrive, and it's a three-hour walk home. Nobody answers the phone, and everyone else has departed for the day.
You can either panic out, curse, or become upset, or you can begin walking. The sooner you begin walking, the sooner you will arrive at your destination.
As you walk home, the sky opens up and it begins to rain; thunder and lightning accompany the rainfall.
Again, you might be dissatisfied with the fact that you're now saturated and still have a long way to go, or you can savor every moment. You may be thinking to yourself, "*Man, this is going to be an insane story to tell.*"
If your phone dies, you are still approximately 90 minutes from home. It's just you, nature, and a passing car that has no idea this isn't a typical setting for you, so they continue driving, and you're too courteous to cause them any inconvenience, so you let them pass.
By this time, it's dark, you've arrived at your house, and upon entering, you realize someone else is present with your parents or family.
You can go insane, fly off the handle, and no one will hold it against you. Rather than that, you take their garments, fling them out into the rain, and then grab both of them and discard them. Close the door and remove your boots, grab a beer and head to the television to watch your favorite repeat.
As the opening credits begin to play, you take a drink of your beer and exhale a much-needed sigh. Then you smile and say, "*What a day. And to believe that it is only Saturday. "*
***Life*** is what you make of it, and so is every situation you will ever encounter. Simply remember that life is for living and that if you can turn a situation around in any way, do so.
If you lack clarity and are continually overloaded, it's time to calm down. Without slowing down, identifying what is obstructing your clarity would be quite tough. Only by recognizing the issues can they be resolved.
